A few week ago I come to the store for order a new screens for my windows. I was directed to the shop handyman Bob, he has showed me samples and choices for screens, then he has measured and made order for my 9 pieces of screens. after a few days I got a phone call from the store that my order is ready for pickup. When I come to the store I found a few problems with my screens. The store manager Amanda Burke was immediately show up, was listening my complaints very carefully, than she make her decision to help me. She has directed handyman to repair all my issues at same day and also she refunded my money. And everything was done as she has promised. I'm very satisficed with my order and would like to express my gratitude to store manager Amanda and her employees for excellent job and customer service relations.

I had a stripped screw and I needed some help to get it out and I did t really wanna invest the money for tools to get it out but a nice guy named brain helped me out with it and it was gonna take awhile and he offered to get it done on his spare time which I really appreciated. I’ve been going here for several things and the staff there has been very helpful and well knowledgeable!

Called to verify key cutting service for a vehicle. I get there after 25min drive and manager Betty, will not cut the key. I was willing to pay the cost for the service. Very rude and unhelpful! I do not recommend!!

Wow, what a change in pace from my recent visit to the new Home Depot on Three Oaks Parkway. I went in for mailbox keys as HD employees were useless as per my post of today. Employees greeted me, took me back to the key station. Made my keys. On the way out I noticed the depth of products they offer and wound up buying some additional items. The check out lady was great. All employees were helpful and friendly. From now on we will go here. Customer service is the key. Their prices seem in line with most places so if even they are higher on some things, getting the help and advice is so well worth it vs dealing with unengaged employees at the new HD.

After trying several auto stores l tried Ace Hardware l wanted some machine screws for an old British Sportscar .l was looked after by an associate (I wish l got his name) he spent so much time and was extremely helpful ,pleasant and professional he found the correct hardwareYou don’t get that in the big box stores .Thank you Ace Hardware
