“Went in to get some incense but they had another high ticket item I’ve been looking to purchase online that was half off what the price was online. I asked about it and they gave me another 50$ off that price and gave me the incense I came in for, for free. Super helpful staff was also very knowledgeable about niche products and made sure to get me everything I needed and switched out small parts of the item with better pieces that were in the shelf all for free without me even asking. I’ll be returning here in the future for sure.”

The service is excellent, and the quality of the items, including their range of Dominican and Nicaraguan cigars, is top-notch. However, the points system is a bit of a letdown. Requiring customers to open a PayPal account to receive points is confusing and inconvenient. I didn’t understand this system, and it detracted from an otherwise great shopping experience.”
