I switched to Verizon after 20 years with T-Mobile, but it was a huge mistake. After only 3 months, I moved and switched providers due to financial reasons. When I decided to return to Verizon, I discovered they had sent me to collections without notice. Now I can’t open a new account, and I’m stuck with a phone I can’t use or return. Despite visiting the store five times, no one could resolve this issue. This is unacceptable—someone must contact me immediately to fix this.

My family and I went to upgrade our phones and add a line for our daughter, nothing big. We were told we'd be looking at $190 a month for everything which we agreed. Near the end, they got really pushy about us accepting a fourth "free" line which seemed strange since we had no need of this line. Now, two months and multiple visits and phone calls later, we're stuck paying $225 a month.
No one at Verizon wants to help us and we've been told that we can't cancel anything at this point because it's been too long even tho we've been going back and forth with these people for over a month now.
We have been with Verizon for years but after all this, I'm looking to change my provider even if it costs me. When you lie to and cheat your customers, it's hard to stay.

Called up and asked about a new phone and was quoted 120 for taxes and 5 dollars a month for 36 months.Drove 25 minutes and sat down immediately was told oh sorry we had a (MINOR MISQOTE) and that it i had to actually pay double the monthly fee. absolutley stupid buisness went from 180 for the 3 years to 360 for the 3 years. I have been a customer for atleast 20 years and now thinking about switching to T-Mobile

Was advised to go into this store to drop off my trade in phone (15 pro max) after receiving my ordered 16 pro max. Spoke with one of the employees, had let her know what was going on and that i needed to drop off the trade in phone (15 PRO MAX) to clear the balance of what was currently owed since it was an upgrade. She took the phone and entered the details of the phone and gave me a receipt for it. Few days later i recieved a phone bill over $1000 and a remaining balance of the phone i had traded in. She did not clear my balance on the phone instead she gave me a credit for the trade in phone which was not suppose to happen!!!!! I spoke with a verizon rep over the phone and are stating they cannot do anything for me nor clear the balance of the phone that i no longer have and i have a $1000 payment that is due in 2 days! and the real bad part about this is that they wont even give me the 15 pro max back since i will basically be paying it off for the remaining balance!!! Been a loyal customer for some years now and never once missed a payment. This is unacceptable! 0 STARS!!!!!!!

From the beginning,Andrew Fiechter was amazing. We walked in with many concerns. Purchasing new phones, accessories and help with international travel and lowering our monthly payment . He was kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He tolerated my requests for different options without hesitation. He made me feel special. I highly recommend and appreciate Andrew

My phone had fallen and shattered. I was greeted with a smiles as soon as I walked through the door Fanuel the agent was available to help me. He was very knowledgeable. I got a new phone and service. I’m very happy with the fast and efficient service I received. Thank you Fanuel and Verizon!

Staff playing cards, watching basketball talking with no regards to customer presence. Unfortunately phones are a revisit know a days and the service industry have lost the service part of it. The manager allowing and participating and tolerating this type of behavior, the manager talking of poor customer experiences and how he talked
To the customer and told the customer how it is……I think this store could not have performed any worse. It was laughable if it was on Saturday Night Live, but it wasn’t, I have things to do and they just don’t value the customer.

I came in a couple of months ago, I had a question about my phone bill. The rep Fanuel helped me and answered all of my questions. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite.
I later came back to upgrade my two phones and get the home internet with Fanuel. I will definitely come back if I need anything.
