Noel was very inappropriate and rude. She was not helpful and made me feel like I was bothering her by needing some help with my phone. I’ve been here many times and have always had good experiences but not with her. I own my own company and would never have an employee like her.

This Raúl sold me with pure lies, because of him, Verizon has charged me an amount of money that they have not returned to me. I have already complained thousands of times and nothing is an unreliable store.

All the staff is very friendly and willing to help, I only have one suggestion for them and that is that they should hire more bilingual people, since more and more Spanish speakers want Verizon services but language barriers often limit it.

Worst customer service I have experienced in years, walked in and no hi, welcome, be with you in a minute. Just silence. Don’t care you are with a customer, acknowledge those who walk in. Never again.

Staff member was extremely difficult. Did not want to do his job and would confronted about it cursing and trying to fight. No names will be said as Verizon has taken care of this issue and compensated to each fullest degree I would not recommend this Verizon going forward. Thank you.

Heaven was great, she took me in last minute and got me a great deal on a brand new iPhone, she explained everything very well and made it quick. If you have anything phone related go to her. She’s the person to go to for quick, fast and easy service!
