More follow-up for the delivery of medications, they tell you to go pick it up at a specific time or day and sometimes it is ready, you have to give in several times and stop taking the medications.

Absolute worst staff in the pharmacy. Would not even look me in the eyes because they were too busy on their cell phones. Wanted to overcharge me for my medication AFTER they placed it back on the shelf. Which I had screenshots to prove that my pickup date was well within the place back time. Pharmacy tech was incompetent when it came to trying to help me with my medications. Will be going to a different pharmacy.

This has to be the worst Walgreens in Ft Myers…
Constantly rude employees. Employees smoke at the front door so their customers have to walk through a wall of smoke to get in the store. The pharmacists are always rude and not helpful. The pharmacy techs are rude and will yell at people. The store is dirty all the time, literally filthy! Unfortunately we have 30 prescriptions at this location and it’s impossible to move them without total chaos! Walgreens Corporate needs to evaluate and clean this location up!

Pharmacy staff the rudest. I like to drive through drive through for pick ups and refills while I have my son in the car. Wait time is absurd, if you have no line inside why is take you almost 20 mins to get the line going

Wouldn't let me use the restroom even though I was a paying customer. This is something that I find extremely irritating. Probably won't be returning to this location again. There are more friendly Walgreens.

Bad service from the Pharmacy staff, I went to a colleague to ask where the medication collections were since they do not have any sign indicating, and he did not even look at me with a very bad character, he told me that I had to wait without give me no explanation

The guy was not capable to do passport style pictures 35×45 mm. In total he did 8 pictures. None of them worked. At the consulate, they sent me to a local CVS ( they did the job right) What a shame.

Came in to get a passport photo. Was expected to wait over 20 minutes to get it takin and not be offered a discount.bc they have people who are illegals in our country wanting to send money to the country they are citizens in. Ohh and the couple opened up a bag of funions while eating and touching the computer system that everyone shares. They can't speak any English haven't paid for the food they are eating and the employees dnt say anything to them. Bazaar. The excuse the employee gave. We only have one computer... Not my fault not my problem. This is a billion dollar company buy another machine hire more workers.

Shopped at this store today. I saw this clearance item was $17.99 retail, with clearance $5.70 off.
THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THIER OWN COUPON. I walked out.
I even took a picture and showed it to the clerk.
