More follow-up for the delivery of medications, they tell you to go pick it up at a specific time or day and sometimes it is ready, you have to give in several times and stop taking the medications.

Walgreens has a fabulous system. I always find the team members very attentive and professional in my interaction with them. They prove to be a critical layer in the Healthcare delivery chain.

I called the pharmacy this morning to see why a prescription that Humana said was submitted to Walgreens on 7/21/23 (2 days ago) has not been filled. I was placed on HOLD 5 times and then hung up on! Moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.
