Everyone that I was in contact with was nice. Wanted to open an account, there’s literally 2 people being waited on and myself and they told me they had time to sit with to make an appointment but not to open an account. There’s a reason people give them bad ratings.

I'm no longer a Wells Fargo customer but Anna, Asela, and Erika have me thinking about going back. Polite, professional, and personable: They treat people with respect whether they are a Wells Fargo customer or not.Kudos, ladies!
