“This was the best truck rental experience ever! As long as you are dealing with the Fort Pierce location. The Lake Work location's staff seems to provide inflated pricing for the additional milage and does not provide the accurate number of miles included before being charged the additional milage, be careful! The Fort Pierce location has a group of awesome people working together to satisfy their customers. I was even told today, by the lake worth location that the fort pierce location was closed after I informed him of the pricing I received in Fort Pierce, he would rather lie than provide me fair service. I called the Fort Pierce location only to learn that they are in fact open and doing business. Not sure what's going on but someone needs to speak with Lake Worth location because they are degrading the business model. Thanks. AF”
“I don't know why but it seems like the Ryder shops in Florida have the best service and most respectful and this applies to this shop and one of the shops in Jacksonville FL that I had great experience with a couple of weeks ago. Keep up the good work and I really do appreciate all of the best efforts that you make.

“Omg so I never thought I would be a Penske person but after being greeted with a large GENUINE smile, by the the beautiful, helpful, knowledgeable, blunt but honest, and funny lady working it all named Grace , I have now become a Penske Person! Also fyi this location is INSIDE the Days Inn on US 1.”
“The only thing I would say is if you rent a pickup truck and trailer together, include the receiver hitch also. Nobody just keeps a receiver in their possession especially if they drive a car. Seems if I would’ve had a receiver hitch, I wouldn’t have needed a truck and just a trailer.”

“After David from the Port St. Lucie store texted me and said there were no trucks in and I was on my own to check around. Needless to say I was disappointed till I walked into the Fort Pierce location on the truck side (I wish I got her name) she turned my day around. Had a truck cleaned and me out the door in 30 mins. Enterprise has a fantastic employee at the Fort Pierce truck side.”
