“This was the best truck rental experience ever! As long as you are dealing with the Fort Pierce location. The Lake Work location's staff seems to provide inflated pricing for the additional milage and does not provide the accurate number of miles included before being charged the additional milage, be careful! The Fort Pierce location has a group of awesome people working together to satisfy their customers. I was even told today, by the lake worth location that the fort pierce location was closed after I informed him of the pricing I received in Fort Pierce, he would rather lie than provide me fair service. I called the Fort Pierce location only to learn that they are in fact open and doing business. Not sure what's going on but someone needs to speak with Lake Worth location because they are degrading the business model. Thanks. AF”
“Hands down the best and most efficient Ryder shop in the whole country!! I am not exaggeration I’m a truck driver and have been to all the states, and yeah i haven’t really passed by all the Ryder shops but I’ve been through enough to know this is the best. Every time i go as a walk in they help me fast and efficient, and allow me to leave the truck and trailer there while they do the repairs and sometimes a little longer so they’ve come in clutch when I’ve needed that sort of help. Everyone in the staff is amazing and I’m sorry i can’t recall everyone’s name but Stephany has been an absolute angel with her customer service skills and always helping me find a way to fix any issues with parking in the property or repairs. Thank you all you all are very appreciated.”
“Recently had a truck and hauling trailer rented in Philly and drove it down here, realize while unloading, I was definitely going to need additional storage so last minute I went over to that location And they were able to provide me with a storage unit right on the spot, Their computer systems were down, and the lines were growing quite long and people were getting impatient, but even with the delay, I believe things went as quickly and smoothly as possible. I had a wonderful experience here with the staff of. I believe they were extremely helpful and were able to give very good recommendations and Information when I asked.”

Persia…. Is fantastic and got me situated with a rental very quickly, when I needed the vehicle for an extra day she was able to accommodate the request without issue.
I returned the vehicle very early in the morning info and expected to wait about 20 minutes until they opened, Deets was already on site and made the rental return a breeze before operating hours.
Much more than your regular enterprise! The staff goes above and beyond to make the guest experience 5 Stars!
