“Owners Mike and Roxy are the nicest people and provide low cost ice through their business. An 8 lb. bag of ice is only $1.00 per bag - what a deal. According to them, they don't make a lot of profit from the sale of their ice, but they don't mind. They are both retired and want to give back to the community by keeping their ice as cheap as possible. By special arrangement on large bulk orders they will give you a special low price for parties and other big events that need tons of ice. Call them for more info.”

“I always come here for diff odds and ends for the restaurant I work at and they're always super helpful. If they don't have what I need, they order it and always get it few days later. Great customer service”

“I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I received the specific order I needed for a client. He was not only helpful but also very informative throughout the entire process. You can truly tell he enjoys his career with Johnstone Supply, and that passion shows in the level of service he provides. Thank you again, Anthony, for your professionalism and dedication—I truly appreciate it! Thanks for making my day easier and for your amazing customer service!Nicole with Sunshine A/C”

“I have a Champion dealer contract with Advantage Air named “Performance Promise “ which I paid 15950.00 extra for 10 years parts and labor …the unit is just four years old in 2023 the fan needed to be replaced , this year 2024 the unit needed a evaporator coil two very expensive pcs. If equipment . My complaint is two fold I had no workable air for 31 days started sept,23 -until 10/23… I suffered with the heat and humidity right through the hurricane .. Advantage Air failed in its customer service by not expatiating with follow-up by appropriate contact ex. where was the part ?when will you come to fix it ? Not answering the phone ? I felt very betrayed by the company as this was my second AC put in by them … the only relief I had was calling the Johnson Controls who
Make the Champion units and was happy it was American made .. I put in my complaint of why am I not getting the part needed to cool my house ,their customer service ,had me call a Port St. Lucie company called Wind Supply and I must say thanks to Mario and Donna for their assistance and quick follow up which was above and beyond what they did to get the part needed . Mario had to call three states to get the part needed thank God he did no thanks to Advantage Air … Donna who handles the parts division told me it was coming from NC arriving on a Friday ( I still received no call from Advantage Air when they would be installing it .. so I called Donna and she got on it right away she contacted Advantage Air and told them you’ve had the part on a Friday and the day was a Tuesday still no call or time slot for when it would be installed ( terrible customer service from Advantage ) the excellent service I received again was from Wind supply that called them out and my AC was fixed the next day .. Advantage Air to make up for their lack of service to me they did wave at least 700.00 of fees for my inconvenience which I appreciated . So my acute recommendation is if you need parts because your dealer is dragging their heals to assist you contact Wind Supply in Port St. Lucie and speak to Mario or Donna for great customer service they really cared about me suffering for a month with no AC and I also will state don’t buy a Champion AC until they can guarantee that they have the parts to serve you . Apparently it’s true the company is American made but they have a third party that does their quality control which has failed their customers.. I wouldn’t trust buying a Champion AC unless the the third party is qualified American made because they have no business selling a unit when they don’t have the parts especially after I paid 15950.00 for a 10 year parts and labor contract ..ask Mario or Donna at WindSupply if you want to know what dealerships are the best for customer service . Today as I write this I thank Mario and Donna for their customer service from the company of Wind Supply in Port St Lucie a well deserved badge of excellence !”

“They had the breaker I was looking for. Fast service. The prices were expensive for the breaker though a QO2020 single pole tandem breaker for $50 a breaker. I went home later and found the same breaker for $31 on amazon. While I'm happy I found the breaker I had been searching all over town for I can't say I was thrilled with the price paid for it.”
