I rarely leave reviews however, I want to recognize Justin who was assisting me and was very attentive and respectful. He exhausted every option possible and gave me the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Justin deserves a raise and should be recognized for his customer service. He is a 5 star employee who I’m very thankful for!

I had a need for printing services with a very quick turnaround time (within the same day) for a business meeting in the area. I called FedEx (Office 1591) and was greeted by Marshi (hopefully I didn't misspell). He immediately jumped in to assist, assuring me that they could fulfill the printing order within a few hours. He was even kind enough to communicate with me when the printing was complete. Before pick-up, I had a last-minute (within 2 hours) need for additional printing, and Justin quickly jumped in to look into my order and add these items to it. Once again, he was kind enough to communicate with me when the order was ready. This was beyond helpful insight, seeing that I was coordinating the pick-up of the order with someone other than myself. The professionalism & communication of the staff at this office is top-notch. I cannot thank you enough.

Worst experience ever, no customer service, and ripped me off for $12, and then says we usually try to warn people not to use the computers 😆 after the fact. Never spend a dime at this store again. Manager just looked away when I was getting frustrated 🤬 instead of helping. Don't waste your Time or Money like I did.

I went to FedEx Office and simply asked if they could break a $5 bill. The employee refused and said they could only do it if I bought something for at least $1. I find this policy ridiculous and disappointing — it would’ve cost them nothing to provide change and help a customer out.
What makes it worse is that I went next door to Starbucks, and they broke the bill for me without any issue and with a smile. That’s the difference between real customer service and whatever FedEx is doing here. Definitely not the kind of experience I expected from a company of this size.

FedEx delivered a bike from Walmart and the package was completely damaged with parts of the bike missing. I was told by Walmart to return the bike to this FedEx location. I was told by the men working, due to the damage on the box, I would have to purchase an entirely new box to ship it back to Walmart because they didn’t want to be liable for the damage that they already caused by delivering it that way. They were completely unprofessional and not accommodating. I would not recommend this FedEx location for any of your shipping needs. I wish I had the ability to give zero stars and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

Amazing staff! Literally made me cry as they were so kind to wait and make sure my package went out on time. I was shipping breast milk and the manager knew what it was so he informed his staff to be on the lookout. just the fact that he knew how important the package was made me beyond grateful.
