About The Cordelia
The Cordelia is a beautiful apartment complex with a great community. Current residents describe it as a great place to live, with many having positive experiences over several years. The leasing office staff are noted as helpful, patient, easy to work with, completely transparent, and forthcoming. Maintenance requests are handled with promptness, and issues, typically minor, are fixed very quickly.
While rent increases are noted, the staff provides well enough notice for residents to decide. The complex offers a discount for active duty and retired military and has lower pet rent than some other places. Despite past poor reviews, new residents encourage others to visit, ask the leasing office questions, and see the beautiful complex for themselves.

Kelsey and her team were great with the renewal process, and overall made sure that all that details and conditions were understood and communicated.
