“In the two years that I've lived here, Crosswinds has been exceptional! The move in process was so quick and easy. They don't tack on a million fees and just process your application and insurance and you're done! Utilities are not included, which I appreciate because you can keep your payments on your own schedule. The property is so clean and well-maintained. They pressure wash our sidewalks, keep the landscaping neat and presentable. They take pest control so seriously and that brings me so much relief in the summer! Natalia and Becky at the front office are the sweetest, most helpful agents I've ever encountered! Maintenance is also quick and hassle free! Luis is a sweet guy and he's very skilled! Every time we have an issue, they are there the same day and the problem is fixed! Our AC broke in the middle of the heat wave and it was taken care of the next morning! The bulk trash never sits and the dumpster is tidied every week. The pool is pristine and the grills are always stocked with gas. The area is super safe too! I also appreciate that even though it is a pet friendly establishment, there is never any waste laying around. After the recent hurricane, they had the property cleaned up immediately and it was great to see that anything that might risk damage to vehicles or personal property had been secured beforehand. The apartment itself is modern and aesthetically pleasing. My unit has a dark wood floor with matching cabinets and cream paint. There is no evidence of any damage from previous tenants, so its clear they put a lot of work into their units. The walls are solid and I never hear my neighbors above me, or to the side. The kitchen appliances are also new and reliable. The bathroom also has wood flooring, which is a bit of a downside, but at least it looks nice! The gym is clean and 24/7 access and empty at night, which is awesome. The neighborhood behind the complex is also a nice safe place to go for a walk or a jog! They have a pool table, couches, and a kitchenette in the resident commons, and those are well-maintained as well! As a night shifter, I also really appreciate that the property is well lit when leaving and coming home. This is a great option for commute to Hurlburt because you can beat the traffic by going down Green Acres Rd, and its golden for Eglin because its right next to the base entrance highway. The location is also amazing for daily life. Its walking distance from grocery stores and pharmacies. There are also several cleaning companies that service this area so their are tons of housekeeping options. I'd like to see some bike racks in the future. Myself and a lot of other tenants just store our bikes in the hallways and our patios, so I think it would be a great improvement! My only complaints are that the storage situation is a bit dicey. The kitchen doesn't have space for a pantry, and the bathroom would definitely benefit from a linen closet. They also recently started using a voicemail service. Previously, it was as simple as giving them a call, but now you have to deal with this irritating AI answering machine, instead of getting to speak to a person. All things considered, this place is a 9.9/10 for me and I'd give a huge thanks to the property team for being so helpful and consistent and understanding!”

The grounds are very green, the two pools, a pretty blue and I am not only happy, but extremely proud and thankful to have the real people running the real deal!!! “Did a tour as a consideration to be a tenant here. Beautiful apartment, clean property, amazing amenities. All at a premium price. Mark down is because the apartment I was shown, smelled like the previous tenants had pets living there. I don't have a sensitive nose, so figured they should have fixed that. I don't want carpet. Third floor apartment, no elevator. Can't have a grill on you back porch. All minor things but when I'm looking for a place to call home, are consideration for my comfort and happiness.”
