Waiting for tenants to vacate on the 5th of August, with a few days for any details before I move in...
Laurie is so wonderful, she went above and beyond to help me when I was stuck and couldn't figure out how to complete my online application. The grounds are very green, the two pools, a pretty blue and I am not only happy, but extremely proud and thankful to have the real people running the real deal!!! “I moved in August 8th and God knew my situation and choose these apartments. It's quiet. Ms Laurie is my angel and Mr James is a cool guy. Did a walk thru and so far so good. I'm in the right unit also. Love this city and location.”

“Did a tour as a consideration to be a tenant here. Beautiful apartment, clean property, amazing amenities. All at a premium price.
Mark down is because the apartment I was shown, smelled like the previous tenants had pets living there. I don't have a sensitive nose, so figured they should have fixed that. I don't want carpet. Third floor apartment, no elevator. Can't have a grill on you back porch. All minor things but when I'm looking for a place to call home, are consideration for my comfort and happiness.”
“The poor reviews almost scared me from looking at this complex to find our new home, but we did, the final viewing of the day, and Jake in leasing helped us apply the same day. He was transparent about the new company they are now under, all work and renovations, and rent increases, he and the other woman in the office have been helpful, patient, easy to work with, and completely transparent throughout this process, we are moving in this week and i hope this review will help someone else looking for their new home! do not be scared by the reviews, read them for context, and even ask the leasing office about it, they are completely forthcoming and helpful. also, The Cordelia has discount for active duty and retired military, which we very much appreciated! The pet rent is also lower than some other places and the complex is beautiful. Excited to call the Cordelia home!”
