“I love living here, I’ve had nothing but a positive experience from the time I moved in almost 5 years ago. From the promptness of maintenance requests, to all the staff being friendly and welcoming. Shantel has always been nice and prompt with any issues I’ve had in the apartment which were all minor. To address the negative feedback, yes rent is increasing as is everywhere else. With that being said they are giving us well enough notice to decide if we want to stay or leave. I would still 100% recommend The Cordelia to family and friends.”
