“I just want to take a moment to recognize Ethan, Bradley, and Adam at Sam’s Club Tire Center, Fort Walton Beach, Florida for going above and beyond for me and my 11-month-old son today.

I brought my car in for a tire change appointment at 9 AM, and these guys did a phenomenal job. They had my tires changed and everything completed in about 50 minutes. I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything.

But just when I thought I was ready to leave, I accidentally locked my keys and my phone inside my car. 😭 My son was thankfully not in the car — I was baby-wearing him at the time, which I am so incredibly grateful for. It was extremely hot outside, and I was honestly starting to panic.

Instead of simply sending me on my way or telling me to wait for roadside assistance, Ethan, Bradley, and Adam stayed with me and genuinely tried everything they could to help. They spent around 30-45minutes trying to unlock my car using coat hangers and other tools they found.

Eventually, we called roadside assistance which had an hour wait time but Ethan went an extra step and called a friend who had the proper tools. His friend came out, and within about 5 minutes, my car was unlocked!

I cannot express how grateful I am. They could have easily said, “That’s not our problem,” and gone about their day. Instead, they saw a mom standing outside with her baby in the heat and chose to help. That kind of kindness and compassion means so much, especially when you’re already stressed and scared.

Ethan, Bradley, and Adam — THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me unlock my car. You helped a mom and her baby when we really needed it. Your kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond will not be forgotten.

People like you are the reason I still believe there are so many genuinely good people in this world. ❤
