“It is like any other CVS. It is a pharmacy with has a good variety of items ( toiletries, stationary supplies,souvenirs,,snacks,some coffee ,tea,and canned foods,some cereal )but,it higher priced than most stores. Cashier staff are nice.They have a good parking lot with handicapped parking.”
“Carts that actually roll and arent rusted out, REALLY good pre made soups in the deli and the yogurt Parfait in the fruit section is AMAZING. The scale by the front door is clearly a liar but hey....”

“Visited this store this afternoon. HUGE shoutout to Abby who was working in the ladies clothing area. Unable to find the size I needed, I asked her if she could help. She went underneath tables, opening & going through multiple boxes filled with merchandise. She was determined & didn’t stop until she located what I needed. “I have never had bad service with the pharmacy. Everyone is kind and patient with my questions or concerns. I have only had to stand and wait one time longer than I thought necessary but that doesn't mean it wasn't necessary to them. There was only one person available at that time and she was working on the computer. She may not have been able to leave what she was doing until it was done being processed.”

The staff is always kind, friendly, and welcoming. They even remember who I am which isn’t expected, but it definitely makes me feel cared for.
What really stands out is the quality of the pharmacist consultations. They’re not just formalities, they’re informative, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful. I originally switched to Sam’s Club because my previous pharmacy was always out of common medications. Since
making the switch, my prescriptions are consistently ready within 30 minutes of being sent in.
From exceptional customer service to fast turnaround times, this pharmacy has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!”

“I just want to take a moment to recognize Ethan, Bradley, and Adam at Sam’s Club Tire Center, Fort Walton Beach, Florida for going above and beyond for me and my 11-month-old son today.
I brought my car in for a tire change appointment at 9 AM, and these guys did a phenomenal job. They had my tires changed and everything completed in about 50 minutes. I was so impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled everything.
But just when I thought I was ready to leave, I accidentally locked my keys and my phone inside my car. 😭 My son was thankfully not in the car — I was baby-wearing him at the time, which I am so incredibly grateful for. It was extremely hot outside, and I was honestly starting to panic.
Instead of simply sending me on my way or telling me to wait for roadside assistance, Ethan, Bradley, and Adam stayed with me and genuinely tried everything they could to help. They spent around 30-45minutes trying to unlock my car using coat hangers and other tools they found.
Eventually, we called roadside assistance which had an hour wait time but Ethan went an extra step and called a friend who had the proper tools. His friend came out, and within about 5 minutes, my car was unlocked!
I cannot express how grateful I am. They could have easily said, “That’s not our problem,” and gone about their day. Instead, they saw a mom standing outside with her baby in the heat and chose to help. That kind of kindness and compassion means so much, especially when you’re already stressed and scared.
Ethan, Bradley, and Adam — THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You didn’t just help me unlock my car. You helped a mom and her baby when we really needed it. Your kindness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond will not be forgotten.
People like you are the reason I still believe there are so many genuinely good people in this world. ❤

“This pharmacy takes good care of my whole family. I can always go to the pharmacist with questions and both of these guys are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is clean, usually well-stocked, and they work with my insurance and providers as needed. They will try to find your meds at lowest price - even if it means using another vendor's coupon. I am a customer for life.”
“I tore my rotator cuff and went in for a shoulder sling. They had exactly what I needed. Seems like a very typical CVS, clean and well stocked. The employee knew exactly where to direct me for what I needed.”

BUT, the people there have been helpful in the past. Whoever runs the freight crew has a clue.

“The employees at the drive-up window at CVS on Beal Parkway are always very friendly & very helpful. I pick up a prescription every month and I have never had “basic” experience. They go above and beyond every time.”
“One of the few places I am able to get a specific allergy medicine (OTC). Great staff here who are always helpful. Plus I am always impressed, mystified, puzzled, with all of the different kinds of items that are available in a "pharmacy-drug store". They have everything from sunscreens to make up to beer & wine to snacks to prescription meds to toys. Downside: if it's made in China you'll probably find it here. Regardless, it's solid place for needed prescriptions and necessities, especially if you're in a hurry... Great hours and close to Home Depot (a regular stop for me).”

“After all the remodeling has been completed and bugs worked out of the phone system, things have been working very well. Lines are not backed up like before and running it as a drive through only makes it faster, more convenient and better at reducing transmission of colds, flu etc.”
