“I had an outstanding experience with Holmes Auto! I originally brought my car in for an oil leak that started right after a visit to one of those quick oil-change places. Not wanting to deal with them again, I chose Holmes on a friend’s recommendation and I’m so glad I did. They quickly determined the oil filter had been improperly installed, but when the leak persisted after I got home, I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they sent a tow truck to pick up my vehicle. It turned out the real issue (or additional issue) was a cracked oil pan. Holmes immediately owned it, corrected the problem, and even covered the full cost, telling me they should have caught it the first time. That level of honesty, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction is almost unheard of these days. “They were awesome! I originally had them install a trailer hitch 10 years ago. The ground plug on one of the wire connectors had corroded and broken off. They replaced the entire connector, but then they found one of the connectors on my trailer was also defective -- the blinker on the passenger side wouldn't work. They replaced that part too. The store owner, don't remember his name, didn't charge me for any of the repairs! Not only that, but they identified a safety issue with my trailer's tongue -- something I promptly went to the hardware store and found a needed bolt. Needless to say, I can't recommend these folks too highly. Top-notch customer service!”

“We have been extremely pleased with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center in Fort Walton Beach. The front office was very helpful and professional, provided coordination for our rental car. They kept us posted on the progress of the repairs by voice mail, text and their software app. Through the entire process, we had no surprises. On QC check, the shop manager held the car over for one more day to make everything right! The quality of the workmanship was excellent, color of metallic paint can be a little difficult, the painting guy’s did a great job! The paint was blended and looks the same, no indication of the repair. Bottom-line, they did an outstanding job and have an awesome group of folks! Thanks for the quality care and fantastic job!”
