“I went into Restylers this morning to get an estimate on installation of a spoiler to my vehicle. After being greeted professionally, the representative assured me they could install it, and gave me a same day appointment. Installation took less than an hour like I was told, and the spoiler looked as if it was factory installed. I’m impressed with the results for sure and will definitely be back for any other projects. “Had the best experience of my life here as far as customer service goes. The staff here went way above here. I'm was on a trip from Wisconsin and started having break issues. The staff here used all the resources they could to help me. They sourced the parts they had. During my attempt to fix the car I ran into other issues and needless to say did not have the proper tools to get the job done. They put me in contact with a local mobile mechanic. They are not required to do this. They saw a desperate man with his family and treated us like family. This experience will stick with me forever and I am grateful to the staff here. Not sure there are enough words in the world to express my gratitude for the staff here.”

A different experience from each pushy salesperson, like I was a waist of time. My first visit to Lee Nissan they gave me room to explore without pressure. After deciding what model was great for me. I watched their website for a few weeks and just listed was a model I've been looking for. I called and a meeting was set up with Marty. Who had the vehicle all detailed and ready to test drive. He was helpful with informing me on what services were recommended for my vehicle which matched with what I knew to be true about the state of equipment. (Nice to know they aren't recommending unnessicary services) They were quick to schedule me in and my service (alignment) was completed successfully with my steering wheel perfectly aligned after the service.”

“Coti really took care of me and treated me the way I appreciated being treated. Being married to a military officer didn’t hurt any either. We had a lot in common so buying from him made the process go smoothly. I’m loving the Tundra. It’s my second one. My first one was a 2000 from Sattelite beach Florida. Drove it for 250000 miles so if this one lasts that long it will probably outlast me. This Tundra has a huge set of balls when it comes alive stepping on the gas. Love the power and it’s thanks to Coti because I thought I would never get a hybrid. I guess I’m never too old to learn. You guys are the best people ever IMHO. PS it just fits into my garage with 2 inches to spare.”
“Pete's was the only place willing to work on my car after I got hit. None of the bodyshops that worked with my insurance wouldn't work on my car due to the title status. Pete's not only worked with me but did an amazing job. They stayed on schedule and got me my car back in one week. Color matched perfectly and doesn't even look like it's a different part. I had right rear bumper damage. They get all my bodyshop recommendations for the rest of time.”

UPDATE... I recently had them replace some front-end parts due to cosmetic damages caused by evil shopping carts, high curbs and potholes. The paint was matched perfectly and they made everything look factory new. The price and turnaround time was more than reasonable and they made the process stress free.

“Very satisfied with the product quality and even more satisfied with the customer service. I purchased a solenoid pack and service kit for my 68rfe.
Initially my package was missing the solenoid pack but ALEC quickly two day shipped one to me.
Installing the new pack did not resolve the issue however long after my purchase I continued to receive excellent customer service. Alec was quick to connect me with Montana and Ernie who were both exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Ernie at one point said he would spend as much time on the phone with me as I needed and even tried to find local resources to me to help troubleshoot the issue when it was beyond my means.
Again a big thank you to Alec, Montana, and Ernie as well as the others at Suncoast I did not directly interact with but makes what you do possible. Highly recommend this company and I plan to come here first for my future needs.”
“I cannot say enough good things about this body shop and the experience we had from start to finish. After dealing with the stress and frustration of an accident, I expected the repair process to be overwhelming, confusing, and drawn out — but this team completely changed that experience for us.
From the very beginning, they were professional, honest, and incredibly transparent. Every step of the process was clearly communicated, from the initial estimate to updates on parts, timelines, insurance coordination, and final completion. “We were in town for just a few days. I was driving along in our 3500 and I heard the serpentine belt snap. At the same time I felt the p/s and p/b go out. As I'm going toward the dealership my girl calls Preston Hood. They told us to bring it in. We did. They were going to fix it right away except that they found the p/s pump was shot and the pulley too. Long story short, they overnighted parts and had me driving away the next day. Keep in mind this happened on a Thursday. I had to leave town by Sunday. I picked up our truck on Friday! This dealership is awesome! It's that feeling of total despair to feeling like the luckiest guy in town. Thank you so much to the Preston Hood service department!!!”
“We have been extremely pleased with Joe Hudson’s Collision Center in Fort Walton Beach. The front office was very helpful and professional, provided coordination for our rental car. They kept us posted on the progress of the repairs by voice mail, text and their software app. Through the entire process, we had no surprises. On QC check, the shop manager held the car over for one more day to make everything right! The quality of the workmanship was excellent, color of metallic paint can be a little difficult, the painting guy’s did a great job! The paint was blended and looks the same, no indication of the repair. Bottom-line, they did an outstanding job and have an awesome group of folks! Thanks for the quality care and fantastic job!”
