Went in to this store today for help with upgrading my plan to a international plan. I had a young woman help me and walked me through the steps to upgrade. She was extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 coustmer service and would recommend this location to anyone.

Many questions ask by greeter to me when told I wanted to close an account for a deceased customer. You have to call! Do y o have a power of attorney? No expression of let us help you with this.
Just questions. I have been a customer of Verizon for many years. She didnt ask me anything about my account which is connected to the deceased.
Do you think it has anything to do with my grey hair?
I wonder!

I went here to buy a new iPhone, and the process was super smooth and wonderful. Then get to the part where I buy a $59 glass screen protector with a lifetime warranty. The screen protector ended up breaking on the same day as I got the phone. I order a new protector and it doesn’t come with the kit to put the screen protector on properly. I called the store asking them to give me the alignment tool. They threw it out. They won’t fix my issue and give me a new one, and they say they can only have me come in and they do it for me. This is ridiculous since I had to pay so much for the screen protector. I have no time to go into the store either. I wouldn’t ever go here again unless you want to make your life a hassle over one little thing, they won’t help.

Customer service is not their strong point. I had a very awful interaction with Katrina. From the moment I entered this establishment to the time I left, I felt like I was pulling teeth to try to get some information. I think I might’ve interrupted her “leisure time” on her cell phone, as she was sipping her boba tea. I guess it was my fault I dropped by and bothered her. Anyways, all she keep saying was, call 611 for more information and have a nice day. Very rude

I came into the store to trade in my old phone and have my son’s old iPhone activated for my use. So not a new customer and not spending money. Abby and Zac were so kind and helpful! They happily spent an hour getting everything perfect for me and even installed a screen protector for me. While there I learned more about Verizon’s new home internet service. Unfortunately I’m not a candidate at this time but Abby promised to check on it regularly and reach out to me each Monday until my neighborhood is included. Thanks Abby and Zac! I’ve never had such a good experience in a Verizon store.

Always 1 person. They often aren't trained and have to call 4 people to get anything done. You will spend at least an hour here.

I came in this morning to find out information about my company starting a business line and was given a sheet of paper and sent on my way. I told the representative that I would like information about the cost of the phones themselves and not just the cost of multiple lines but was not helped with this at all. I thought going to talk to someone in person would be more helpful but I should have just saved myself the trip and called a 1-800 number instead.
