Mary was such a delight to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely patient. There was an older couple ahead of me and they were struggling. She was so kind to them! Great job!!

Felt like phones are way to expensive. Upset I could not just replace my phone with same version...and repair shops said part could not ordered as no longer made. Felt stron armed into upgrading service. And some features like my fitbit won't work because it says still connected to old phone which I had to surrender.
