“I am out of town and lost my debit card. I froze it online- super easy. I came to this bank, and the man who helped me was kind and professional. Within 5 minutes, I had a debit card printed out with my name on it. Easy peasy. I would be happy to bank at this location if I was local.”

“This location has been wonderful and the staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. However I recently disputed a charge where I was scammed. This is my fault not PNC, however I provided pages of correspondence with seller, invoices, and pages of other customers being scammed. I was told I did not provide the information requested and they sided with merchant. I'm now working with state attorney for resolution. I've been a customer for 9 years, will be closing my account and switching banks soon. Pathetic customer service from dispute team, I can get a better bank that protects it's customers not scammers.”
