“My parents recently purchased what was advertised as a complete king bed along with a matching dresser from Resort Furniture, and we couldn't be happier with the quality. Both the dresser and the bed are absolutely beautiful and perfect for the 30a home.
When they got home to assemble the bed, they discovered the slats that were included were too short and appeared to be for a queen bed rather than a king. They contacted Resort Furniture, and they immediately stepped in to make it right.
Their customer service truly went above and beyond. They offered to either provide the correct parts or reimburse my parents if they chose to purchase and instal so they could complete the assembly right away. That level of responsiveness and willingness to take care of the customer says a lot about the company.
Outstanding customer service can be hard to find these days. We truly appreciate how quickly and proactively they handled the situation. We would absolutely shop with Resort Furniture again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful furniture or accessories and a company that stands behind what they sell.
