I waited 45 minutes when they told me that would be with me in a few minutes and find out only the BM can open a business account. All I saw was the BM sat in the office alone through the glass window. i wasted 45 minutes for nothing and please respect others time.

This is a review of PNC mortgage. My recent mortgage was sold to PNC bank and have been trying to get a refund for an overpayment to my escrow. After speaking with the mortgage customer service I was promised a callback from a supervisor but not a word from anyone. Seems to be the way PNC treats their customers.
