After calling the store, I spoke with Melinda, and she completely turned the experience around for me. She helped coordinate the return, pickup, and reorder process, and she stayed on top of everything from start to finish. What really stood out was her communication and dedication — she personally called me multiple times with updates and made sure I was informed every step of the way.
It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore. Melinda genuinely cared about making things right and did an amazing job handling the situation professionally and efficiently. Home Depot is lucky to have employees like her.”
