Very happy with the level of care of I received as well as the attention to what my benefits covered vs. what did not.After having a very frustrating experience with my last eye doctor I appreciated how much all of the staff listened to my concerns and issues and helped me to feel comfortable and heard.

Hello! I made an appointment with Dr. Carlos Villa and confirmed by email and text. When I arrived They said to call me That never happened they did They changed the doctor at check-in online and then canceled the appointment because they didn't accept the insurance. I wasted my time. Also online said WE WELCOME ALL INSURANCES.If you don't have vision insurance, we can still help you.The customer service never suggested other information or options, even if I would like to pay from my pocket. Some employees don't want to do the work or help.They could send an email or leave a message. I suggested improving the communication skills of the staff.Thank you.Hello! This office is VERY unorganized and the front office is rude. I have an appointment scheduled for Friday at 4pm, received a call from the doctor saying she did not feel like having the last appointment on a Friday if I could please call to reschedule. I called several times with nobody answering, when I finally did get an answer they had already canceled my appointment and told me they were booked for the day. The lady at the front office then proceeded to try to tell me well if you don't confirm your appointment or do the paperwork we send out then we will go ahead and put you to reschedule. When I asked her when did they send that information to reschedule or rebook she couldn't answer the question. Then she proceeded to tell me something else about insurance when I cash pay. It seems like the doctor wanted to hit a nice golf game on a Friday instead of taking the last appointment and cares nothing about your schedule or the appointment that you make. If you have kids and have a busy schedule I suggest you go somewhere else

This location is horrible. Waited over a month for an appointment for my Dad. Showed up for apt. to find out they cancelled because he did not verify the apt via their phone call. I checked his phone and no (904) number showed and they did not leave a voicemail. I made his apt via the internet and confirmed it via a phone call to the location so why would they cancel his apt because he didn't answer the phone? Do you know how hard it is to get them to answer the phone. Horrible service, whats frustrating is because they felt it was his fault not theirs. This is wrong.

This location is horrible. Poor customer service. I made an apt. for my Dad via the internet because they don't answer phones. Luckily I was able to get through to a rep two weeks after I made the apt to verify his insurance and apt date. I showed up to day and they tell us that they cancelled his apt because he did not answer the phone to verify his apt. Why does he need to verify his apt? Especially if they already talked to me and verified his insurance? You shouldn't cancel a patients apt because they don't answer the phone, they should have left a voicemail so he could call back, even though they never answer their phones. Thanks for wasting our time, we drove all the way from Green Cove Springs for this horrible service. Never Again.

I was treated like a king from every single staff member including Dr. Rogers.Exam was thorough. Eye glass fitting was done with great care and precision.So very happy that I found this office with the kindestpeople!

I was an established patient who wanted to schedule annual exam appointments for myself and my two children. As a matter of convenience, I wanted to get them all done on the same day, but I was told I could only schedule two family members on any given day because "if you don't show up, we'll lose an hour and a half of time." I understand time is money, but perhaps they could charge a no-show fee when someone blows off an appointment, rather than make it more difficult for working families to schedule appointments. Needless to say, we'll find a more customer-focused provider.

No problem with the staff we have been going there for years but.... Not customer focused. We have a family of 4 at home right now but we are not able to schedule more then 2 appts a day per family.... Just crazy! I cant take 2 days off work just for eye appts. They also will not do contact appts the last appt of the day. Zero stars for customer service. They should really rethink how to take care of the customers.

The Office Manager has no customer service qualities. She canceled my appointment 5 weeks before my appointment date because I did not get back to her to validate my insurance. Walked out and called another office and got an appointment scheduled following day. This office manager must believe customers are dime a dozen. My family and I will never use this office again while this office manager is there.

Been going to this location for several years now. Friendly staff & doctors who listen to my concerns. Always helpful when picking out glasses and helping me understand my insurance. Great warranty as well, glad I purchased it when recommended.

Great office, they are always professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. My glasses and contacts came back quickly and they had great communication. I have been using this office for 2 years and will continue to use them, and recommend to friends and family.

If I could leave this place a 0, I would. For one, the quality of the customer service is inconsistent—you never know what the attitude of the employees will be in. Another reason is their lack of communication with their customers. My glasses were supposed to be ready on the 11/25, but the frames were backordered. I would have been more understanding if I was told this information. Also, what optometrist service uses a supply company that takes 7-14 BUSINESS days to supply their products? If that information had been disclosed to me, I would not have purchased glasses from this company.

I expected better from an I doctor So I set up an appointment for a specific date the big day come to find out the appointment that I had the doctor was sick the the office lady decided not to leave messages On my voicemail I guess it was too much for her to do about not being able to complete my information once I get there they have no appointments till mid to late Novembe I will be taking my business elsewhere whether it's insured or cash payment I guess they look for priority when it comes to this scenario either way whatever the dollar amount was or is going to be at a different doctor it's a relevant to me. I should have reviewed the previous reviews on this place prior to setting up an appointment will not recommend this to others
