“My daughter and I visited Publix tonight. She loves getting a cookie from the bakery. The associate was busy assisting another customer so my daughter and I decided to start our shopping. We were in the frozen food section when Kiera from the bakery approached us with two cookies. She noticed us waiting and wanted to make sure my daughter received her cookie. My 10-year-old said Kiera has a sweet spirit. She also has amazing customer service. Thank you again Kiera for going above and beyond and for extraordinary customer service! “I love Aldi stores. They are not regular grocery stores. They really are specialty stores, places where you can get things you normally wouldn't be able to or even think of getting in a regular store. I just love it. I love the fruits and vegetables very good quality. My one complaint with this storage that they don't have motorized carts for disabled people. The wheelchair just won't do it. And they have so many great things you want to look at. If you're disabled you can't really stay in the store because it means you have to walk it and it's just not possible when you can't walk/stand for long periods of time. Also, I do wish that they had more clerks to check people out rather than just one line. That line gets extremely long really quickly. Or a couple of self-checkout lines if they don't want to hire anybody else.”

“Love this location! I live in Eagle Harbor, and having this company (Publix) is a god send! The staple of this shopping center hands down. Easy in and out if you park on the back left side. It is easily accessible by golf cart during the summer when you need some quick food for the kids at the Eagle Harbor swim park. It is very well managed and very clean!”

“This is my neighborhood Publix and I'm here several times a week.
They are always great, the staff is friendly and helpful, the quality of the fresh foods is unbeatable, and I do love those BOGOs!
There are also great businesses attached to this Publix making it even more convenient like Reveal: Waxing and Skincare, GNC, and a Starbucks out front!
Not only is this Publix the best in Jacksonville (I can say this with certainty since I've both lived and worked next to many Publix locations for 20 years now) even when they rarely make mistakes that always solve them fairly and quickly.
I wish I could give 6 stars!”

“Is Publix is very interesting. I'm not sure when it was built but the decor is all the same and it's been that way for at least the 25 years I've been going to this Publix. There's no such thing as a bad public so this would obviously gets five stars. It's just kind of fun to go into the store and see how different it is from other Publix supermarkets”

“We’ve come to truly love the Aldi concept, and this particular location is essentially our neighborhood store since it’s the closest to us. Overall, Aldi offers great prices, smart options, and many products—especially organic items—that are often exceptional in quality.
That said, it does trouble me to say this store needs considerable improvement compared to other Aldi locations we’ve visited. With some exceptions, employees here are typically not very friendly or helpful. We also frequently find that standard, everyday items are out of stock, which seems to stem from restocking or ordering issues. This happens often and can be quite frustrating.
We understand this is a busy store, but it feels like there is significant room for improvement, possibly starting with management and overall operations. Despite these issues, we remain pleased with Aldi as a grocery brand and hope this location can improve to match the high standards seen at other stores.”

“A 5 Star Review i was originally shopping here during the Winn - Dixie days sad Winn-Dixie left however aldi's in the fleming area is not that bad. The staff was really nice and helped me out in checkout. 10/10 store cleanliness and 10/10 Customer Service.
The interior n exterior of the building is nice and bricks style which is cool! they happen to have my items in stock 100% of the time and i will say there is a bad story regarding this store once aldi's purchase the building and decide to have winn - dixie close.. about roughly 50 - 100 employees lost their jobs... Aldi's hired 2 - 3 people during the whole acquisition change... I dislike aldi's for that cause but for grocerys n others i am okay with.. Work wise may seem a good job but they could of at least hired a few more employees to help if needed.”

“This location is everything you can expect from Publix and more. It's one of their high end locations. A more unique designed store with a high end shipping experience. The deli is nicely organized offering a variety of deli products. The bakery products seem better than some other Publix stores as well. Especially their beads. It's definitely a pleasure shipping at this location!”

“Best customer service around all the employees are nice stores always clean. Unfortunately i observed my first wal mart shopper start a argument with A another customer. The instigator had here children with her and yelled at the white lady not to reach over her children to get an item on the shelf. The Winn-Dixie closed down and I guess this is what happens. Love this Publix hate to see this kind of behavior. It just makes me wanna leave the store.”

“This pharmacy is so sweet and nice. I went to try to get my dogs acl surgery prescription medicine using goodrx (goodrx SUCKS!! Don’t use them!) goodrx lied about the discounts on their coupons and I felt so bad bothering them more because the representative of goodrx wanted to talk to them and they’re so unhelpful! But the pharmacy staff was able to give me an even cheaper alternative using Publix coupons for my dogs surgery medicine which saved me over 100 dollars worth of medicine. They are so sweet and went above and beyond I will always go to them. They are so compassionate. Could not be more thankful for my interaction today”
