“Deli order ready, store well staffed, stocked. Day before Mother's day & felt so sorry for young lady floral dept. Some customer came in at 2-3ish, got a black bucket full of ? roses & was wanting them individually tissue wrapped and held with a ribbon. Attendant stayed so patient , and graceful. She never missed a beat with them even when answering my question. Didn't get her name but she really deserves an attaboy!”

“My daughter and I visited Publix tonight. She loves getting a cookie from the bakery. The associate was busy assisting another customer so my daughter and I decided to start our shopping. We were in the frozen food section when Kiera from the bakery approached us with two cookies. She noticed us waiting and wanted to make sure my daughter received her cookie. My 10-year-old said Kiera has a sweet spirit. She also has amazing customer service. Thank you again Kiera for going above and beyond and for extraordinary customer service! “Publix is great, the store deserves 5 stars if it were not for the pharmacy. Personnel there is incompetent to say the least. I even got Medicare on the phone with them and their representative gave up as suggested I go to another pharmacy, which for that prescription I had to do. Publix had the medication but could not get the billing right, charging full price for a covered medication that I then got across the street from CVS immediately and without a hassle. This has happened frequently with different medications. Makes me wonder if they even dispense the right stuff. Mentioned it to store management. They were aware of issues but apparently have no control over the pharmacy.”
“This afternoon we had a stellar performance by Jeff at the deli. Now I tend to order the vegan meatless club much to the chagrin of the employees. I sometimes get eye rolls because they know theyre going to have to go get some ingredients that arent on the line however Jeff was a saint full of grace. He went and got the stuff and made my sandwich dutifully with no sass or bad vibes. Truly a gentleman and a professional. Special supporting thanks to Keegan.”

“Fresh fruits are sold here. Cheaper prices and staff are always available to answer questions. There are many off-brand products if that is ok with your choices. The selections & prices are great though. This why I add this store to my shopping list.”
“Great prices and staff that makes it happen. If you find something you like just be aware they aren't guaranteed to have it all the time. Very efficiant processes and store brands are right there with the name brand quality. Does take Debit cards and cash but not credit cards. The carts are set up so you bring a quarter to unlock one and get a quarter back when returned. Just a process, but keeps them out of the parking lot and saves staff time. Bags if wanted are cheap but not free. All this adds up to very low prices for high quality food.”
“I love all the ALDIs not good for all things but milk eggs vegetables frozen offerings can’t be beat / wish they offered free delivery would be ideal!! Refund policy more than generous if you try their brand and don’t like it!!/shopping Aldi for over 35 yrs no matter where same great quality. /”

“Throughout my life I have met some extraordinary people. But nothing has ever compared to the joy and happiness I received from working in the Deli at Publix on the corner of SanPablo and Beach Blvd across from a church who believe has the greatest praise and worship team in the City(church of eleven 22)! Not only was today one of the most heartfelt loving days of my life. But, seeing so many of the amazing people smiles I had the pleasures of working with and for was priceless! From hugs to smiles and even some accolades that were so desperately needed I nearly let lose tears of joy. So once again it gives me no greater joy than to let the world know where the greatest Deli and Grocery store in the country is located, SanPablo and Beach Blvd.If I could give 10 stars I would give 20!”
“I'm from Michigan we don't have a Publix but the few Publix stores I've been in this is by far the best 1 OMG I love this store so clean not crowded staff didn't speak but you can't have it all I guess still gave 5 stars would have given 9 out of 10 because of staff”

“Fantastic service from the Produce department. The other day I was looking for the yogurt parfaits. They weren’t out yet, so the gentlemen behind the counter offered to make just the ones I needed right then. I said I was going to walk around and come back to get them, but one of them took the time to come find me at the front of the store to hand me the freshly made parfaits. Publix never disappoints!”
“Went in to grab a few groceries and ended up spending more time than planned, which isn’t a bad thing here. The store was pretty organized, and it was easy to find most of what I needed without asking for help. Produce looked fresh enough and the shelves were mostly stocked, even during a busy hour. Prices felt fair compared to other supermarkets around, not cheap but not over the top either. The checkout line moved at a decent pace and the cashier was polite, nothing forced. Parking was available, though it can get a little tight depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a reliable place for regular grocery runs and does the job without much hassle.”

“So I just wanted to share my experience with one of your employees that works there. Times are tough we all know that I was in line and I had asked about paying with three different forms of payment some cash and two different cards. So by the time we got to the end of the transaction both my first payments went through but the last payment of $22 did not go through and I felt like I was having a mini panic attack from like all the people in line and feeling embarrassed and I said I'm sorry to hold up the line I just want to check my checking account and find out how much I have I know it's cutting it close type thing and so I did that and the remainder was $22 and I had like $21.30. I looked to the gentleman and told him I had 21:30 so I just need to take one thing off but he said don't worry about it I've got it. There were so many people still waiting so I looked at him shocked and I said thank you and I walked out to put my groceries away and I came back because I wanted to get his cash app to pay him but he told me that he was a single dad of three kids and that he understood that times are tough and that I didn't have to worry about it he said he didn't have a cash app and not to worry about it and I just wanted to say he is an exceptional person to do that for someone he did not know and y'all need to know what kind of awesome employee that you have working for you. When he sees this he will know who he is thank you and God bless you. That was my groceries for my kids for the week and I don't have any food assistance so that really was a blessing.”

I lived in the area over 14 years and through the store renovation and it is just a gem of a grocery store in this area. Always terrific and helpful staff available to assist with any question, great products and selections and just a real enjoyable experience every time. Even on those long tough days from work a life, I find myself leaving with a smile.”
