“Clean store, friendly staff. You can tell by the employees this company values it's employees. When I buy a quick lunch I usually go here. Deli subs made to order, salads, chicken tenders, etc.”

“I always come here for my pickup orders, and I’m always helped by Hanna. She is absolutely amazing! She truly deserves a raise. It’s so hard to find people who consistently provide such great customer service, and Hanna is definitely a diamond. She is always friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond!
I will say, though, that my experience was a little different today when I went inside to pick up my groceries because it was raining. I didn’t want the employee bringing my order out to get soaked or potentially get sick, so I decided to come inside instead. I tried speaking with a gentleman, but he walked right past me while continuing to speak to me as he was walking away. I understand he may have been busy, but I did find the interaction a little dismissive and not as welcoming as I’m used to.
I also understand that employees are notified when customers arrive for pickup. I was simply trying to be considerate because of the weather and didn’t want anyone to have to come outside unnecessarily.
Overall, Hanna continues to be wonderful and is a huge reason I enjoy coming here. I just hope the customer service experience I had today can be improved because everyone deserves to feel welcomed and respected when they come in.”

“I've shopped at a lot of grocery stores across 48 states and over a million miles on the road, and this ALDI on Southside Boulevard near Phillips Highway is one of my go-to stops.
The store is consistently clean, organized, and well stocked. The staff is always friendly, helpful, fast, and efficient. Even when it's busy, they keep the lines moving without sacrificing great customer service. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and that makes a huge difference.
The prices are tough to beat, the produce is fresh, and I've found plenty of quality items that cost a lot more at other grocery stores. Whether I'm grabbing groceries for the week or just stocking up before another day on the road, this location delivers every time.
The funny part? I actually used to work for Lidl, one of ALDI's biggest competitors. So you could say I've seen both sides of the grocery battlefield. No hard feelings though... when a store does things right, credit is earned. This ALDI has definitely earned it.

My friend asked her for a sandwich recommendation and Alyssa whipped up the best sandwich I’ve ever seen! She was extremely patient, kind, and gave beyond great service! If y'all ever go to the oakleaf Publix for a sandwich and Alyssa serves you, make sure to ask for the one she makes for herself. Food 10/10 service 100/10.”
“Publix is great, the store deserves 5 stars if it were not for the pharmacy. Personnel there is incompetent to say the least. I even got Medicare on the phone with them and their representative gave up as suggested I go to another pharmacy, which for that prescription I had to do. Publix had the medication but could not get the billing right, charging full price for a covered medication that I then got across the street from CVS immediately and without a hassle. This has happened frequently with different medications. Makes me wonder if they even dispense the right stuff. Mentioned it to store management. They were aware of issues but apparently have no control over the pharmacy.”
“Great store but if you have to wait outside for Uber/ Lyft. Don't be black cause every security guard in the parking lot will start questioning you. They need to know your whole story cause of course people don't stand outside stores for any lawful reason”

The store was pretty organized, and it was easy to find most of what I needed without asking for help. Produce looked fresh enough and the shelves were mostly stocked, even during a busy hour. Prices felt fair compared to other supermarkets around, not cheap but not over the top either. The checkout line moved at a decent pace and the cashier was polite, nothing forced. Parking was available, though it can get a little tight depending on the time of day. Overall, it’s a reliable place for regular grocery runs and does the job without much hassle.”

“Old fashioned mom and pop store. Very clean and well stocked store. Family owned and operated since 1950. The freshly sliced deli meats with the old fashioned wrapping paper are the best in the city. The owner and deli attendant treats everyone like family. It is well worth going out of your way to visit this store. A blast from the past that you will really enjoy.”
“Fun place to shop and grab a quick bite to eat! I enjoy a sub once in a while and the Bacon 'n Ranch Tender sub or BBQ Tender sub as my go-to. The lines are long and the workers seem understaffed at times though. Be prepared to wait in case you arrive there during peak lunch/dinner hours.”
