Agent were friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The driver offered a ride to and from the gas station to stay out of the rain while waiting on a tow. Amazing!!!! Waited for 4 hours for AAA and Scenic city towing. Called Kling and they had a truck out to me in 30 minutes. They even called the repair shop to let them know that the car was on the way!!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE!!!! Max the driver was so professional. Only tow company to call!!!
