Once u find the part that u need, take a picture with ur phone, bring it to the front desk, and then the best part after that is. “This is for a selling experience. I had a fantastic interaction with Dale today at Honest Autos. I had wanted to sell my old 2014 Mazda and looked it up on Kelley Blue Book. KBB has an option to get a cash offer from 3 local dealers and Honest Auto was one of my options. I went to another dealer first and they told me if I wasn't planning on trading it in, they wouldn't give me as much money. They even recommend going to Honest Autos. I appreciated their honesty.When I got to Honest Autos, I was promptly greeted and asked to wait until their Buyer Agent, Dale, was free (I didn't make an appointment). He was ready for me in about 10 minutes. Dale was super friendly and knowledgeable. He and and another employee (I assume a mechanic), took my car out for a test drive. He came back, reviewed their findings and also reviewed the Kelley Blue Book offer. I had a mechanical issue that needed to be addressed that altered the price by about $200 but I thought that was fair. I had done my research ahead of time and had a range in mind given the age and condition of my car. As a side note, this dealer is extremely accomodating. They had sent me an email and text once Kelley Blue Book notified them. They are also willing to drive you back home if you sell them your car, or they'll come to your home to do the transaction. My husband followed me, so I didn't need a ride, but that's a nice added service. I was literally out the door in under 30 minutes with a check in hand. I would totally sell a car to them again and I'd recommend them to others for the same service.”

First in 2022, the levelers had issues which Bob fixed, and we have had no issues since. Then in 2023, our Coleman air conditioner decided to give up. “Had my vehicle for less than 24 hours. Replaced the evaporater for the a/c unit. Called 6 other shops, and they either didn't have the time or wanted to keep it for a week or longer. Two of the shops that I called recommend taking it to Michael's, and I'm glad that I did the shop repaired the vehicle in what I consider record time and for half of 4 estimates from other shops. There is no question about who I'll be going to for any further vehicle repairs that may come up.”

“I had a Kelley Blue Book Cash offer for 3 local dealers and Phillips was one of them. They and one other dealer actually contacted me about the offer, the third didn't bother. When I went here, Brent helped me out. He was super nice and helpful. After checking out my car and speaking to the sales manager, he told me that if I wanted the full value listed in the offer, that I'd do better at the other dealer (It's a used car shop, not a big dealer). I wasn't planning on trading it in or purchasing a new vehicle. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with the fact that they'd be so up front with me. Most dealers try to drag you along or talk you into something. While I didn't end up doing business with them (I went to that other place and they did give me what I wanted for the car), I now have a great impression of this dealership. I would totally do business with them in the future if I was in the market for a GMC or Buick. Plus their staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.”

“My air compressor went out, and I needed it repaired. I found Hutson was one of my warranty approved in network companies. I called them because dealing with the warranty company itself had been a task! They were very kind in setting things up and dealing with the warranty company themselves. Although my appt was scheduled for 5 days later, I took that as a sign of they are very busy so they must be a good company! On the day of appt I dropped my car off in the morning, kept in touch with them throughout the day, and picked my car up before they closed. I am glad to say my AC is running better than ever!
