“I recently purchased furniture from Babette's in Brownwood in The Villages and was very happy with the furniture, service, and delivery. Carol C., the interior designer at the store, spent several hours helping me coordinate colors, fabrics, and sizing/spacing of furniture for our new home. She was very patient and helpful with suggestions for everything. The delivery crew, Shane and Harold, treated the furniture with great care and spent a couple of hours getting it all off the truck and set up in the house. I am a very happy customer! “The Sleep Center here in The Villages, deserves 10 stars for customer service. We had extenuating circumstances, delaying when we could take delivery of our bed. They worked with us, no hassle and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. The day of delivery, Biscuit and Stephen arrived right on schedule, very professional, efficient and knew what they were doing. They were careful of walls and furnishings and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for special assistance. This is our second purchase from this Sleep Center and we will continue to use and recommend them.”

“Went to the Wildwood FL store after calling to see if they had a specific recliner on the floor. Arrived and asked for Anthony. Anthony Murphy (store mgr) greeted us along with Keith. Both answered all our questions showed us different options and when I mentioned that it is suggested you sit in the furniture for at least 30 minutes to assure the item is comfy and suits your needs, Anthony said relax and take your time we close at 5 (keep in mind it was 11:45am). They say great customer service is dead but I highly disagree with these 2 gentleman. They both were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. I would highly recommend this store because of these 2 employees and hope corporate realizes they have 2 great employees representing their company. Although this store is smaller then the other stores it surely suited our needs.. PS we ending up getting 2 recliners. Yay.”

“I was so happy to have met Sarah at City Furniture (Spanish Springs). I was in need of a bunkbed configuration to accommodate multiple grandkids in a limited amount of space. She walked me through all the options, then went through mattress choices and made sure I had everything I needed. She was incredible sweet, knowledgeable, and professional. And then they delivered AND SET UP my bunkbed with 24 hours!! Gabriel and Billy were very professional, courteous, and extremely fast!
