“We were in your store a few weeks ago, and spoke to Roberta. Our 10-year old Human Touch recliner no longer reclined. The foot rest worked, but not the recliner. We knew that the chair was no longer under warranty, but wanted to check our options, and possibly buy a new chair. Roberta showed us the new chairs ($3900). She then gave us contact information for the Human Touch company. We contacted them, they diagnosed the problem, and we ordered a part. Instead of paying $3900 for a new chair, the part cost $245. We are so grateful for Roberta’s help. Not all businesses would have done that. We will definitely do business with Relax in Comfort again and highly recommend them.

Carol C., the interior designer at the store, spent several hours helping me coordinate colors, fabrics, and sizing/spacing of furniture for our new home. “First, sales staff was great. No high pressure. Gave me a catalog to review, when I went back a month later, remembered me. Furniture only took two weeks to arrive (leather Flexsteel) and the delivery team was even more incredible. Unboxed in front of us, inspected and invited us to inspect with them, assembled, made sure it was where we wanted it and then showed controls. While I doubt we'll ever have to buy another sofa - can't recommend this firm/staff more highly.”

“Make my payments every month after a year and a half I got sick and lost $2,000 of income and asked for one emergency skip and resume the following month I was told it was ok to do that and pay $15 extra so I did that and now they call me everyday 6+ times a day saying no that was last month's payment and I'm really confused because I was told I could do an emergency skip for May and resume in June and I kept my word on the agreement and made my June payment with the $15 extra I had a good experience in the store and good experience with my products just this one issue is really mind-boggling because they told me one thing and then they're like no no no I don't think I'll make any future purchases with them I think I'll go with a company that understands an occasional emergency and willing to work with you”
