“We were in your store a few weeks ago, and spoke to Roberta. Our 10-year old Human Touch recliner no longer reclined. The foot rest worked, but not the recliner. We knew that the chair was no longer under warranty, but wanted to check our options, and possibly buy a new chair. Roberta showed us the new chairs ($3900). She then gave us contact information for the Human Touch company. We contacted them, they diagnosed the problem, and we ordered a part. Instead of paying $3900 for a new chair, the part cost $245. We are so grateful for Roberta’s help. Not all businesses would have done that. We will definitely do business with Relax in Comfort again and highly recommend them.

“Excellent service! We met Marcia on our first visit and she helped us pick out furniture for our new home. The store at Sumter Landing had beautiful furniture but not a huge selection. Marcia referred us to their Ocoee store and recommended we meet with Justin whom she partners with. We drove to the mega store in Ocoee, met with Justin and he was just as helpful as Marcia had been! Fantastic selection of quality furniture. He spent hours with us touring the store and helping us coordinate the coastal look we were interested in. Marcia and Justin work very well together and we wouldn't have been so satisfied if we didn't have both of them helping us! If you give them a little idea, they can build a whole house around it! We truly love our new home and all of the furniture we have acquired from City Furniture! The delivery team was awesome and set everything up for us. They were friendly, polite and professional!
