Phatashias Brown helped me in person at the Gainesville FL location and she is wonderful! Friendly, patient, and willing to hear me out and try to save me money. I changed my star rating (from 1 star) just because of her.
Hardly anyone I’ve spoken with at Acceptance seems to know what they’re doing. My information is often incorrect, and even the agent’s name on my card isn’t right. The person listed says they aren’t my agent, and the number on my card goes to someone who was rude and hung up on me, telling me to email Acceptance—even though the email wasn’t one I could reply to. I rarely reach someone knowledgeable, and I’m always grateful when I do, but the majority of your staff need better training. If more than half the people I’ve spoken with are struggling with the system, then something in the process clearly needs to change.

I had a wonderful experience. Please keep in mind everybody's credit and car history is different. Insurance ratings are going to differ from person to person. I was in an out with insurance in 10 minutes!

Hayet agent was nice and very friendly and great service and fast response to taking care of all involvement concerning my car insurance. She is a great agent that you could ask for and very knowledgeable about what you need. 😊💥🌺

Let me tell you about my boy, Craig Wilkerson, that man is heaven sent and I am so glad that it was him to get my call, I have never dealt with a more outstanding and HONEST agent, he set me in the right path and got me the best deal there was. If y’all are looking to give an employee a raise or just to honor an employee, he is your guy, I will always want to deal with Craig in the future, he has a returning customer for a lifetime! 💯

Called in regards to see if i could find a cheaper car insurance. Cecilia Jackson made signing up for car insurance way easier than I expected! She made me feel very comfortable speaking with her and she found me the very best rate! Extremely helpful and very easy to talk too. I will be recommending to my friends!
