Shelby was very rude on the phone . Her customer service skills are horrible and she isn’t very pleasant. Chewing in my ear sound like she was having lunch speaking with people in the background and had me on hold for over 10 minutes .

Acceptance insurance has the worst customer service. My car was in an accident with this insurance company customer. It took months to process a claim. Multiple calls (about twenty, no joke) with no call backs and hours on hold waiting to speak with someone. Biggest waste of time and money. The local office cannot help with claims, worthless. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Stay Clear.

I called a few days ago & spoke with Sharon in regards to a quote for Auto Insurance, which I would call back on today to avtivate. She was professional, resourceful, patient and kind. I called back on today & spoke with Tay or Tae, unsure of the spelling so please forgive me?? She picked up the Process with the most professional of at ease ways. Tay/Tae is such a great person I can tell through our interactions on the phone. Professional reliable & efficient.
