I was so impressed with Jared. He really understands different types of lawn mowers, he's an excellent listener and he answered my questions thoroughly. As he was helping the customer ahead of me, I noticed that he has perfect manners, was very efficient and professional at checkout, and you could tell that he wanted to give 100% customer service. When it was my turn at the counter, he treated me the same way--as a very valued Ace customer. After Jared helped me, I ended up buying a lawnmower from Ace. Jared is an outstanding representative of the Ace Hardware brand and this local store.
