Went in and asked for oil and filter. Walked out happy without too much out of my pocketbook. Went in today and walked out with what I needed and the person who helped was 5 star customer service.

Friendly helpful service. Emilio sold me a battery and another guy there installed it free of charge. They were super nice and Emilio was helpful in sharing his knowledge.

Very poor customer service today. Brian tried to sell me a battery that costs twice what I needed and he sold me the wrong size bolts for my battery. Don’t go here!

I used to go to AAP regularly but I avoid this location after having multiple uncomfortable experiences with a female that works there. She's possibly one of the managers or someone higher up, short brown haired lady. I've been in on more than one occasion hearing her yell at the other employees and one time a customer. I have left the store to avoid having to deal with her. It's a shame because the store is the closest to me, but I've been having better luck at the competitors nearby.

On Thursday May 2, 2024, I stopped in Store # 9239 where I was greeted and assisted by Mr. Salvatore, who appeared to be working very hard when I approached the counter, I started out by tell him to take a deep breath and slow down, he explained it had been a busy day of making deliveries etc. However, he was still very enthusiastic and ready to serve me, Mr. Salvatore provided the best customer Service I've ever gotten while visiting any auto parts store. I went in for a light bulb for my headlight, in which he was more than happy to help me replacement bulb, only to find out that the cables connecting my headlight were not connected and I didn't need to replace the bulb after all, but I did need to replace the turn signal light bulb, so he assist me with that transaction with no problem, when all was said and done, I thank you him went to my truck and it would not start (what are the chances), I went back in and said to him "I believe I need a jump because my truck want start" he was already busy serving other customers, but he did not hesitate to come out to assist me once he was free, long story short, he tested my battery and I had to purchase a battery, by the time I completed that transaction it was pouring down rain, Mr. Salvatore and I waited a while for the rain to slack up, (this was a set rain), eventually Mr. Salvatore who had already gathered all of the tools etc. needed to install the battery, he eventually went to the back and got a raincoat and went out in the rain, took his time and install my battery, cleaning the post and all, he was so very thorough, patient and provide excellent customer service, his pleasant professionalism displayed on this day is noteworthy, therefore I would like to thank him again, I'd just gotten off from work and I'd had a long day but a good day, and this could have ruined my day, being that I was only expecting to spend under $20 for a lightbulb and I ended up paying over $200 for a battery, because of Mr. Salvatore's pleasant, professional customer service, I continued to have a good day in spite of the surprise extra expense. Thank you, Mr. Salvatore, for your excellent service keep up the good work, you were a blessing to me on this day.

Went to pick up an online order consisting of two spark plugs a couple quarts of oil and an oil filter.
The lady shows me all the items are in the bag but when I get home the oil filter box is completely empty even though it is still taped up.
I call them up they say to bring it back for a replacement and when I get there they are immediately argumentative and don't want to give me my money.
They tried to say that the oilfilter must have fallen out of the taped up box. They said it must be in my car. I immediately went out to the parking lot and checked my vehicle there was no oil filter to be found.
The woman ran around the store yelling that she had checked that box she was sure of it. She was acting very angry, and was acting like asking for a refund was impossible.
