Stood there waiting at the counter and could hear employees in the back but absolutely no one was manning down the counter and when they did finally come out they didn't greet anyone, or apologize for the wait and they didn't even ask who was first, which was me, and instead starting helping someone else. Poor customer service. So I left. You're not getting my money with poor service like that.

Don't call and if you show up expect the worst customer service. Unprofessional, neglectful, and over priced parts. Autozone is just the better option save yourself from their ignorance

Rude service and unhelpful. Completely incompetent in working their computer system. After an hour of trying to figure out my warranty, that was confirmed over the phone before I went to the store, I was denied after being told the battery was still under warranty.

Matt is an excellent employee, and the core of my positive experience at Advance Auto Parts today. He was very resourceful when helping me to replace my tail light bulbs. He had the knowledge and tools I needed to fix it right. Great job Matt!

After the past 3 horrible experiences our employees and our LLC mechanic company by Cliff at Williston Store, Robert O was amazing, very helpful, kind, understanding, educational when it comes to questions, diags and/or repairs!!! Rob definitely has OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!
Being a small business owner I would hire Rob to train all employees in surrounding areas at store locations!
Cliff could definitely use it, if the company as a whole decides to keep him on payroll and give him a second chance. If that's the case I insist that he gives my team members apologies!
He WAS and HAS been SUPER OUT OF LINE, the amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism, immaturity and the absence of any type customer service skills he continues to show the consumers, customers is not okay nor should it be a repeating pattern of habitual occasions occuring with Cliff. His actions are appalling, ludacris, egregious, manipulative and unprofessional to say the least.

well I really dont know what to say. literally called for assistance to see if they could do a check engine test for me and the guy answered and said yes they do them just not today because he's the only one in the store. while it's 27 degrees out and I'm stranded in the parking lot (literally staring at their store front and even told him that)with a 1yr old. but oh yea I can magically make my care appear way over to 20th ave they mighttt do it. aaa it is when it could have been a simple fix horrible customer service
