I've been seeing these folks for about 2 and a half years since I moved here. The staff here are all knowledgeable, kind, and reasonably accommodating. It's good vehicle maintenance too for a price that doesn't burn a hold through my wallet. They deserve every star, after helping me with a month long ordeal that I had been dealing with in my Hyundai. Never had issues at this place. That's valuable for the kind of times we're in right now, so I thought I would pass on my feedback. Thank y'all so much for keeping me mobile!

Reliable, flexible, honest and very easy to set up services either on the phone or through their website. They did a great job accommodating my extra requests to check a rim and suspension componants that were specifically pointed out by Pals automotive as bent and needing to be replaced. Finding no damage to either the rim or any suspension parts Advanced Tire Services reached out to me to report their findings and confirm moving forward on an alignment request. I have every confidence in the team at Advanced Tire Services and highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. (Inside joke; Anthony, Walmart refunded me the cost of the rim plus $30 over for the inconvenience of their mistake) Thank you for all you guys do.

Service rep wasnt willing to give me lowest available price on most common used tire of the size i gave them, and wanted me to know exactly what size tire i wanted. I wanted to buy all tires in a new size that would be the cheapest so obviously i didnt know what size that’s why i asked.

Blew a tire on my semi Called and dispatch answered couldn't give me a total for a tire change. Said 185 an hour min 2 hours plus tire but couldn't give a price. So let me just let you come out and charge what ever you want. This guy needed more training. Called another tire company and gave price for service call and tire. Thats what I wanted.

Had Advanced Tire service of Lake City Florida come and change two tires on my trailer, the their mobile tire technician broke the plastic wheel hub. When I called and asked Kevin the shop supervisor if Advance tire was going to replace it, his answer was no. There reply was it was old and dry rote, well I replaced all the wheel hubs on my trailer thirty days prior. I will not recommend this company to anyone. And I think that they need a really good lesson in customer service. This store in question has by far the worst service ever. Not recommend

Great Customer service, from the moment I walked in. Both gentlemen at the front desk were welcoming, honest and warm. Service was prompt as well. I appreciated how clear they were and offered exactly what my car needed at a great price!

Fair prices and quick service lead them to the front. You can tell the good mechanic shops by how their store front and waiting area looks. The good places don't waste all of your money on a pretty interior or fancy decorations. Just form and function.

Came here to get my car looked at for a leak. They were able to find the leak really quick and quoted a VERY reasonable price. Jesus took care of me and was very straight forward with the whole process. Great service here!

They repaired my tire quickly and efficiently. I towed a 7000 lb trailer with the repaired tire and had no issues
