I wouldn’t bring my Lexus anywhere else. Rachel smothers you with kindness the moment you walk through the door, and the techs are absolutely fantastic at what they do. I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off, and the techs there have many years of experience unlike some other shops in town that hire direct from Santa Fe College and charge an hourly rate that’s warranted for a 10 year veteran.

Saved me alot of money! Joe and the gang were wonderful, friendly, and straight to the point. I'll come here again with any of my Toyota troubles. Their techs are from the dealership but with honest prices and evaluations.

I had a major brake issue, and after calling around and having multiple other mechanics recommend Aersi, I brought my car there. They were incredibly professional and had my car done days before I expected it! Excellent work, very fast!

Wouldn’t trust anyone else with our cars! Been using them for over a decade. Joe and his crew are honest and always make sure the work is done right. If you have a Lexus or Toyota this is THE place! I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I appreciate the honesty, friendliness and competence of this business. My car was taken care of in a very timely manner, and the price was significantly below dealer charges. Employees are polite and transparent. It was a true pleasure doing business with Aersi, and I think they will continue to delight.

These guys are great. I took my LS 460 in for 100k mile maintenance and the prices they charged were about 20% lower than what Lexus quoted me. They were able to explain everything that needed to be done and even showed me the parts that needed replaced and told me why. They were very accommodating with my schedule and even allowed me to drive their loaner Prius while my car was in service. They also allowed me to bring in my own OEM sparkplugs and only charged me for the labor.Great people all around. Even the receptionist would always answer phone calls promptly and was very patient with questions.

I have been going to Aersi for years and have always felt very well taken care of, and yesterday was no exception! I was on my was back into town and started having car trouble in High Springs where my Prius started shaking violently when I tried to accelerate. I called Aersi to let them know I was heading straight there (at 20 mph all the way) and what the problem was. They immediately knew what was wrong and had the part ordered before I even arrived. Less than 2 hours later, my car was fixed.

Aersi has been absolutely fantastic to work with. They’re professional, honest, and very efficient with their work. Rachel in particular has been awesome and looks out for everyone involved. I came in for routine maintenance and left with an appointment to replace a water pump they caught small sounds (indicating failure) from. They’ve earned a repeat customer!

Had my AC recharged with a dye additive to find the leak and then had my AC Evaporator replaced here. Great experience. You can’t even tell that the dash was removed and put back. No scratches at all. Very nice work! Great staff too!Services: Auto A/C recharge
