Amazing parts dept. very helpful and had me a new hose made and out the door unless than 20 mins. Nice to see all the stihl products as well , and the toys are always cool at the JD store.

I shop here to often almost daily but we have multiple crews cutting trees and I'm always needing another chainsaw new bar new chain new rope new tree gear it's never ending I can say Justin Paul and the others behind the parts desk can 💯 get you what you need. I also use the service department for fixing saws and equipment they also keep us going as best as possible. The sales team also does a great job! I have had a couple issues not with the store but warranty equipment and tool problems and every time the manager Thomas has came thru for me!! It's well ran well stocked and the employees all help you rite in the door thanks guys!

The Stihl website said Ag Pro had in stock a MS 462 chainsaw so I drove there Monday morning and sat down with salesman who went to look for saw in the display area and it wasn't there. Then he went in the back and searched, came back 10 minutes later tells me he can't find it. After a few minutes I am told a story that "the boss has it in his truck". They say they can have it in tomorrow about 10a.m. and I can pick it up then. Salesman Steve gives me an estimate on the price. Next day at 10a.m. I decide to call because I don't feel confidence after the run-around the day before. When I call and ask for salesman Steve the lady says he's not there and won't be there anytime soon. I remind her who I am and she remembers me but says the chainsaw was not in the boss' truck but in his house and they still don't have it. Then she tells me I can pick it up next day and throws in that the saw I'm buying is worth a whole lot more than what Steve quoted me but that they would honor the price. She says the saw is for firefighters and rescue. I ask if they can call me next day when the saw is in their hands, and she says yes. I look that saw up and it's EXACTLY WHAT I DON'T NEED. And I never got a call back not even to say they don't have it. It's been 4 days I guess they just want me to go away. Ag-Pro may be agricultural but they are not professional. I spent my $1500 elsewhere and won't ever go back to Ag-Pro.

Do not buy anything from this company because the manager and customer service is terrible. They sold me a defective chainsaw and will not abide by the Stihl policy of replacement less than 7 days from purchase.

Called for service on our John Deere tractor, almost $900 in labor costs still doesn’t run. Overpriced big time.

Been a customer for many years bought a scag mower from then about a year ago, mower has a 5 year warranty. I took it in for repairs because it would not crank. Got there the technician said it was the starter that went out then they called me the next week saying they wouldn’t honor the warranty because it had bad gas in the motor, but good gas in the gas tank and would cost $2500 because valves had been seased up. I informed them that I would be talking to my lawyer to see what options I had. Then I got a text from their sales manager (Thomas hales) saying they would no longer be doing business with me and that I needed to come pick my lawn mower up.

Recently moved back to Gainesville and needed to purchase a lawn tractor. Ag-Pro was recommended by my son. I stopped at Ag-Pro to just get some ideas. I have had smaller residential yards and now have over 3 acres. Kalyn was great to work with, explained all the options and I ended up purchasing an X350 and dump trailer. Trailer had to be ordered and arrived in time for delivery 4 days later. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Kalyn and the whole Ag-Pro team.

After spending more than $100,000 at this store over the last 10 years or so, it's time to move on. The point of sale system here is so antiquated that it is unfeasible.
