Alumni Hall is a business that offers an excellent customer service experience. They go above and beyond for their customers, and if you order online, they are very fast with shipping. The store has a great selection of unique and cool Gator gear. The staff, including Blair, Gavin, and Bryan, provide supreme quality customer service. The selection is excellent, and the value is amazing, especially on clearance items. The store can get chaotic around game day, but it's not too busy the rest of the year. While the prices may be a bit high, the store has a wide variety of Gator merchandise. Customers can get a 10% discount by showing their student ID. The Gainesville store has everything a Gator fan could possibly want, and the store manager, Alexandria, is very helpful.

Alumni (probably because many students can't afford the prices) Hall has a great selection, especially since they expanded, but you have to enter the Butler Plaza CF and Archer Road congestion to shop here.
