Very rude employee..Hey NIKKY!! You really shouldn't get rude with other customers just because another customer was making you mad..get it?! Take it out on the person you were talking to..oh wait you did and she left mad so you came over and got rude with my daughter when she just asked a question about a return. I did delete your picture just so you know! But we remembered your name sooooo..off to corporate now..HAVE THE DAY YOU DESERVE SWEETIE!

I am not a post a review type of person but the attitude and unprofessionalism from Nikki( who refused to give me her name during our exchange) but was wearing a name tag was absolutely a shame.
Had me spend an hour of my time calling corporate so I can return a pair of jeans that I purchased less than 2 weeks ago with the Receipt
Corporate said they have never EVER had a store associate make a customer call for them to give approval for a return so after an hour corporate told. Nikki what I was saying the whole time it doesn’t matter if the tag is off, the tags are all with the jeans and the receipt is accurate
She had an attitude with corporate and walked off demanding another employee refund me for the purchase.
The only ready for 2 and not a 1 is Lindsey was so sweet and you could see on her face how uncomfortable it is to work with Nikki
I hope this gets to the right person, I’m an extremely loyal customer and seeing as this is the only American eagle within an hour and in a location that’s continuing to go down hill I would hate to see Nikki drive customers away.
Aerie would never treat customers like that!

Used to love this store. Nothing against AEO as a whole, but the most recent times I have visited, the associates seem like they hate their lives. One day they decided to close 40 MINUTES EARLY with plenty of customers in the mall. I just wanted to run in and pick up a pre-paid order, which would have taken me all of two minutes but the staff decided to ignore my presence and my phone calls despite having their hours listed online as open. I’m frustrated because my job does not allow me to come at any other time, so I guess I won’t be receiving my order. Good thing I’m moving because I feel bad for all the college students who still shop here. The new aerie in town, on the other hand, has their stuff together. Do better.

Sarah was super kind in store helping me find a new style of jeans I like that aren’t skinny jeans. I am so thankful she was there today, she picked our two pairs for me which I purchased and love so much already. Thanks again Sarah! Happy holidays ?

one of the employees walked in on me in the dressing room without even knocking, just unlocked and opened the door with a customer right next to them and all i got was a “sorry” and nothing else. and when we saw her at the register afterwards she was so rude. horrible experience

Earlier today I went to visit AE for some clothes as a pick me up because my long term boyfriend and I recently broke up. The staff member named emily was really sweet and attentive to me. She helped me pick out a new wardrobe. She was very patient with me and even gave me some really good fashion advice! Would def visit again!

the staff here honestly save itThey are always really attentive and are very patient with all the questions. This AE never carries any of the AE trending though ? because of corporate. Corporate please send them nice stuff :) I’ll revise my rating after corporate sends AE moreAlso, shoutout to Nic(the girl who works here)! She was really sweet and helped me find clothes that flattered me!
