I had been at this location 4 years ago, and had a normal/average experience. This store had at least 2 other doctors employed at that time.I had recently scheduled an appointment here at this location. I arrived at my scheduled appointment, to find there was a miscommunication error. The doctor had a family emergency and needed to cancel my appointment. No problem. I had seen on their door, as I walked in that they offer walk in/same day appointments. I asked if we can reschedule for whichever doctor is available. I was told they only have 1 doctor at their location and the doctor won't be back for a few weeks.What's the point of having an eye doctors office running, if they don't have a doctor available on premises for weeks? Super weird. Decided to go somewhere else.

This is the most unprofessional place I have dealt with in a while! Not only is their customer service lacking, but the organizational skills of the entire office is terrible. The two times I have been in here, another customer has waited a ridiculously long time for them to say that they could not find the customer’s prescription to give them a copy of it. When fitting my glasses, the employee said “I’m not very good at this.” All the while he was sniffling and wiping his nose with his hands! (Eww) I had called ahead to make sure an LDO would be there at the time I was able to come in to pick up and fit my glasses. The receptionist acted like it was a crazy question but said that an LDO would be here.” Obviously that was a lie.I will never come to this office again, and I highly encourage you to find another place!

I have always gone to America’s Best for my eye glasses. Customer service is always good, they answer all questions and explain everything. Linda, who is the licensed optician, was the kindest person and takes time with you. She was definitely the best.Totally recommend AB.

Doctors I’ve seen were great. While most of the associates seem to have good intentions, this place is just ran in a very unorganized manner.I was once scheduled for an optometrist appt and two hours before the appt, I had a call saying it was canceled and had to reschedule. That’s ok, life happens. This did move my initial appt for two weeks. Then, when I show up for the rescheduled appt, turns out the appt was canceled but they just didn’t let me know. So we had to reschedule once again.Another issue I had recently is I purchased a pair of sunglasses and when I picked them up, it turns out I received the wrong ones because they had the wrong tag on them. I got a “sorry” from them and had to wait three more weeks for my correct sunglasses. I told them I was moving out of state and they told me they’d ship them to a store near my new home. Three weeks later I receive a call from a lady saying “your sunglasses are ready to be picked up.” Just as I start explaining I moved and I was told they’d be shipped, she cuts me off and in a rude tone says “OK WE’LL SHIP THEM TO THE STORE NEAR YOU”. It pretty much seems like they were annoyed to fix the mistake they created.

This place does not respect their patients time schedules. There is no reason an office should be running over an hour behind without letting their patients know upon arrival so they can choose to stay and wait or reschedule. 2x here. Both times same thing. There will not be a 3rd time.

I always appreciate the 5* customer service. Keisha set up the appointment and was so helpful to explain all of my questions. Risha set my old glasses back in alignment while waiting for my appointment, always with a smile. Corey was a great help with all of the finalitiesVery thorough and made sure I understood the breakdownI appreciate good management.

The price seemed good. The time getting the glasses was good.I would not have gotten &paid for 2 pair. I asked for transition darkening lenses and did not get them. The second pair are not clear. Really only got one pair that I will ever be able to use.I feel like I wasted $100, when I ended up getting everything I wanted elsewhere for half the price I paid there.Kind of disappointed

Had a great experience and very welcoming environment. Corey was awesome and checked up on me made sure everything is okay. Bobby helped a lot with getting my stuff ordered and was quick as well as very helpful! Great location to go to!

Tried to go to get an eye exam and mixed up my time by 15 minutes. Waited 3 weeks for an appointment despite the door saying same day appointments available. I will take full responsibility for the mixup and apologized to them when I found out my mistake, I was not expecting to even get an appointment today, but I wasn't even offered to reschedule for a future date. When she informed me my appointment was at 9:45 am and not 10:00 am she was rude and dismissive. The doctor was initially asked if I could be seen today and I heard the doctor say yes they could take me, the receptionist gave me the paperwork for another patient and never asked me my name. Once the mixup was pointed out she was very short with me and did not try to do anything to keep my business (as in just reschedule for another day, not looking for compensation for my own mixup). They did not seem very busy and I would have liked to come back another time or would have waited if that would have worked for them. Maybe I caught them on a bad day but I will look for another place to get my eye exam and glasses.

I made an appointment online to have an exam and get new glasses with the 2 for $80 deal. When I came in, I didn’t wait too long to see the tech but I did wait a little while to see the doctor. He was nice and chatted with us a little before doing the exam. I was a little unsure about the eye dilation part because he didn’t wait very long after putting the drops in to check things and in my experience, they wait at least 10 minutes for the drops to take effect. After everything, he wrote down my prescription and I went to pick out frames. Lisa helped me with the payment process and she was helpful providing all of the options when I asked for price differences. The 2 for $80 is for the most basic glasses, so any extras like blue light filter, polycarbonate lenses, or anti-glare, you pay extra for which is expected but be aware if you want the cheapest option. I waited about 3 weeks to get my glasses and the prescription seems right but I wish the glasses came with a hard case and cleaning cloth of some kind. They just came in a soft pouch kind of case.Another thing to note- while I was buying my glasses, two customers with appointments came in and we’re waiting to check in. While they were standing near the counter, one of the front desk associates came over and informed them that the doctor had left to take lunch and would be at least a half hour. Both customers decided to wait for him but were very unhappy about their appointment times basically being useless since they were scheduled during his lunch. So be aware of what appointment times you choose I guess. Overall, I’d probably go back because my personal experience wasn’t bad.

This is at least my 3rd purchase/visit! Cannot brag enough on the customer service I received each and every time! Though Bobby cashed me out, Linda is always there and so helpful getting all your adjustments to your new glasses.EVERYONE IS AMAZING!

Absolutely a good experience! My appointment did not take a long time and the staff was nice. Keisha got me checked in, cracked a few jokes and was an absolute joy to talk to (she’s awesome). Satya helped me pick my frames and walked me through the whole process, even with all my questions! I’m looking forward to picking up my glasses in a few weeks :)

Ridiculously long wait time! I went in for an exam and new glasses. I was there 3 hours after I arrived on time for my appointment. The girl who was my first contact there was very short bordering on rude. The doctor and the technicians were all nice and seemed competent but, 3 hours for an eye exam and ordering glasses???? Ive been to other America's Best locations and was shocked by this experience! I wont be returning.

My experience at America’s Best was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at any eyeglass store. I have been getting glasses for 20 years and have always gone to big chain stores. America’s Best offered an intimate, family feel experience. Staff was welcoming and fast.Linda, my associate, was especially friendly and fast. Not only did she know everything I needed she was also answering questions for other staff at the same time. She truly made it such a breeze for something that is typically stressful for me.

Don't waste your time - and you will waste plenty of it at this location. I arrived 5 min late due to rain and Keisha promptly and publicly admonished me, then told me they probably wouldn't be able to see me because I was "so" late. Folks, I would not have been as late if Keisha had actually been out at the desk and not left me standing in the lobby. And then, the "Dr." is slower than molasses in January, and louder than a Broadway singer. There is no privacy here as everyone in the waiting room can hear everything going on in his exam room. And last, but not least, is that after waiting one hour and 5 minutes, I left without ever seeing Dr. Molasses. Just go somewhere else; Keisha is beyond rude and the Doctor is unprofessional. The longer I waited, the more I knew I would not feel comfortable trusting whatever prescription they chose to give me.
