“We have a first time Gator starting this fall and with him going into PACE we really wanted him in Windsor Hall. I cannot tell you what an amazing onboarding process we had with Jalyan! She was super patient with all our questions and spent hours with us over the phone assisting us with the lease and online paperwork in a concierge fashion. She was so professional and caring and gave us heartfelt advice from her own personal experiences which was so valuable. We feel SO excited for our son to dive right onto this amazing Gator Nation! “Safe to say this is by far the best apartment I've stayed at. Staff is super friendly plus they do community events like making your own pizza. The whole complex is super clean and maintenance is super quick to fix any issues. Definitely will be renewing. (Good prices too!)”

“Extremely friendly staff, free keurig coffee during office hours (sometimes cookies too), and overall well maintained, quiet, safe, gated community. Right next to a plaza with a Publix, and depending on your location within the complex, you could walk there in less than 5 minutes. Large and small dog friendly.Gym has all of the essentials. For example, it has free weights, benches with adjustable incline (but no bench press), cables (with essentials), machine chest press, cable rows and lat pull downs, machine leg press, row machine, treadmills, exercise ball, elastic bands, mirrors, water, and hot towels.They also have a nice pool, but I have not used it.My 2/2 apartment was spacious with wood and carpet floors. In-unit laundry. Full kitchen with a fairly modern refrigerator. Master bedroom was carpeted with a walk-in double sink and very large walk-in closet (random, but honestly someone could sleep comfortably in it).”

“This review is a bit overdue but I found a moment now.....As a parent of a current resident ( that moved in Aug 2023), I have had nothing but an incredibly positive experience with the staff and my daugher has loved it there ! Starting with Victoria who is so sweet and professional. She always answers questions with such details and was one of reason we moved our daughter into Campus Circle. We visited MANY places and like they say "you can't redo a first impression"...we got an amazing first impression from Victoria. You are so knowledgeable and such a ray of sunshine when you speak to people ! I sure hope your managing company appreciates you as much as we do !Augusto and Niya too have both been amazing! Sometimes it's the little things and the patience people show that make them great and both of them definitely deserve the recognition too. From when we moved our daughter in to when "the hurricane" was heading up and we weren't sure if it would affect UF/Gainesville. I have no doubt you all had a lot of parents calling... both of you and Victoria were so professional and helpful during that time.The amenities and maintenance have been superb ! The location is safe and though our daughter took her car for general things, the bus route has worked out great into UF that has such limited parking on campus.We were happy to re-sign our daughter for her senior year 2024/25!Thank you again for making something that is tough for parents (leaving their kids) a lot easier !”

“UC offers a truly delightful living experience, not only by its beautiful environment but also its landscaping. One of the most convenient aspects is its proximity to the bus stop, which not only saves time but also provides a variety of bus options. The walks to and from the bus stop are always enjoyable as it has the natural charm that surrounds the area. The rooms are cozy, thanks to the comfortable carpeting, and I particularly love the generous room size which offers plenty of space.”

“My son lived here at Red point, and had a wonderful time. The events were a highlight of his experience. The office staff was so helpful and patience, which was very helpful because I am a little slow when it comes to all the new technology everyone is using! Only complaint he mentioned might be the distance to the garbage compactor, but that lazy boy has legs!”

“These apartments a lovely. I have lived here and it is quiet, clean and beautiful. It is surrounded by nature anywhere you walk on the property, this has been a plus for me. Amenities are fantastic, nice and beautiful. The swimming pool is refreshing and also repaired and clean. Staff is always nice and professional.I do recommend these apartments if you are seeking that homie comfort, especially now that the weather is more like fall/winter feeling, nice fireplaces to crank it up this time of the year.Thank you for letting me be a part of your community!!”

“The manager is strict, the rules are followed and the complex is clean and painted, some people throw the garbage outside the container, or on occasions they arrive with loud music in the cars but nothing that cannot be tolerated, due to the cheapness of the rent.”

“I love stadium house. It’s close to everything and so nice! They keep it clean and welcoming. Just a shirt was to the stadium as well! Doesn’t get better than that!”

“Finally at home. Tired driving from Miami. Iris had the good attitude to wait for us, but we were still coming by road. However, the next morning, when he saw the moving truck enter the complex, he came out of his office to greet and welcome us. We feel very nice about that detail from the manager. We hope in God that our stay is happy and peaceful. Thank you Iris, for your kind management and help.”

“The Lark in Gainesville Florida is an outstanding place to live at the University of Florida . The staff at the Lark are fantastic .Tyler Simpson is the manager at the Lark and he is smart , great with people and has exceptional people skills .”

“My husband and I moved from Washington state to Gainesville. The Leasing Manager Keanna has made the entire process a breeze. Everything from getting approved for an apartment to move in day was simple.The apartment looks great. It looks just like the virtual tour. The only issue is the washer is not working. However, I put in a maintenance request and am hopeful it will get fixed soon. I’ll update this review with maintenance response time soon!Update: Maintenance is super quick to respond compared to other apartments I've lived in.”

“It’s been great at alight! Everyone is very responsive and willing to work with you in maintenance, parking, among other things. Only thing I would change would be to include more guest parking spaces, but otherwise great!”

“I love the Retreat. The staff are so kind and the property is beautiful. They have everything a resident could hope for, including fun community events and fun holiday giveaways! Their homes have cute exteriors that match their homey interiors, and I absolutely couldn’t wait to sign once I had my tour. I love you retreat.”

I have to say that nobody has been as upfront and informative about all the costs and everything else as the girl I spoke with here, whose name was Lucy. I was so appreciative that I was able to speak with someone like her. 10 stars if I could!! Everyone needs a Lucy :)”

“i have lived here for almost a year now and was going to leave but a new owner has come in and has totally revamped the place! The buildings have new paint, all the landscaping is new, they are updating all the buildings with beautiful countertops. The new staff is also very friendly! this has been a huge transformation over the past 2-3 months, I am happy that I have renewed my lease”

“Cazabella has really improved the quality of the apartments and management. Before I moved in, I was very nervous because of the bad reviews online, but I did it anyway, and thus far, I have been very satisfied with my apartment and the management and maintenance staff. I would suggest signing for one of the renovated apartments, as they come with new floors and new appliances. But, overall, I have been very happy here. My appliances work, I have not had any bug issues (even through the heat of August/September), my AC works great, and the apartments are very spacious. The apartment is not perfect, of course, but my "complaints" are really just personal preferences. Sometimes you have to call the office multiple times to get ahold of someone, but I think a lot of that has to do with new management adjusting. I am confident that the office will continue to improve and I currently plan on re-signing my lease.”
