“My son, Jon, and I were very impressed with the virtual tour and service we received from Mack today! We live in Pennsylvania, so could not tour Campus Circle in person, but the virtual tour gave us a great feel for the complex. Mack was very knowledgable and patiently answered all of the questions we peppered him with. He was very pleasant to work with throughout the rental process. My son decided to sign a lease today and is looking forward to moving into the apartment in January. Thank you for the very easy lease sign-up process from a distance!”
“Gina is absolutely FANTASTIC!!! My bf and I moved in here about a year and a half ago and had a ton of issues with a specific tenant in the building and as soon as we called about it, she was on it. And it was like that every single time this particular tenant would do anything obnoxious (which was often unfortunately). The entire building hated this guy and Gina did absolutely everything she could to fix the problem which meant the world to us and eventually he got kicked out thanks to her being on top of him about everything. She is incredibly personable and easy to talk to and remembers things about you that you wouldn't think anyone would casually remember. We are sadly moving out of this unit to move to a bigger spot in a different part of town but we wish we could take Gina with us hahaha! As for the units, there were small things here and there and maint was pretty spot on in coming to fix it, our AC went out and they came to fix it and realized they needed a part and got us a window Shaker in the meantime while we wait for the part to come in which was super nice. Any employee we spoke to had great manners and were very very nice and helpful?”

“Beautiful property and great amenities. The staff are easy to work with and are kind. Easy access to shops, grocery stores and schools. The pool is lovely with gas grills and the coffee machine in the office is a bonus. Love the gym and the property has tennis courts and an indoor basketball court. Great place to live with plenty of parking and even a dog park.”
“An absolutely positive experience from the moment I moved in at Casablanca West, my apt is spacious, all new, and beautiful. A cozy, and lovely home for us. Love the apartment complex, this is extremely clean, and quiet. The maintenance team are amazing, incredibly helpful, and fast service.

“Staff was excellent! We toured the complex and was impressed by the cleanliness of the grounds, the amenities, the parking garage, and the location. After touring numerous places prior to coming to the Wildflower, we were overwhelmed by the thought of not finding a safe, secure, clean place for our twin boys who will be attending UF Fall of 2026. Wildflower checked all of our boxes and then some. Big shout out to Meghan and Gabby!!”

“My experience at University Commons has honestly been really good so far. When I moved in this fall, there were a couple of small issues with my apartment — some cleanliness stuff and the dryer wasn’t working — but the team got it sorted out super quickly.
I pointed out the hygiene issues in my room, and the manager had someone come the same day. The guys who were supposed to do it weren’t around, so another staff member (whose job wasn’t even this) stepped in and took care of it without hesitation. That showed me they actually care and are willing to go the extra mile to fix things.
The dryer was fixed fast too. Management even offered us access to another unit’s dryer while we waited, though we didn’t end up needing it.
The place itself is really nice for the price. I was pretty picky about the direction of my room and the roommates I wanted, and management still made it happen. The neighborhood is solid, and if you’re a UF student there’s literally a bus stop right across the street, which is super convenient.
Overall, I think the management here is great — they act fast when something comes up, and the maintenance people are awesome too. For the price and location, it’s been a great choice.”
“nice place they really did boost up their management recently. Coffee machine is currently broken. Internet sometimes lags while playing video games. They have pool tables, a gym no barbell but dumbbells, very nice pool and jacuzzi.”
“Beautiful lobby with 3 closed study rooms and a table tennis and pool table. Lovely Jacuzzi and pool for friends along with a grill which many people use. My apmt has been nice and clean, not many bugs or complaints. Highly recommend living here compared to some other options.”

“My husband and I moved from Washington state to Gainesville. The Leasing Manager Keanna has made the entire process a breeze. Everything from getting approved for an apartment to move in day was simple.The apartment looks great. It looks just like the virtual tour. The only issue is the washer is not working. However, I put in a maintenance request and am hopeful it will get fixed soon. I’ll update this review with maintenance response time soon!Update: Maintenance is super quick to respond compared to other apartments I've lived in.”

“i have lived here for almost a year now and was going to leave but a new owner has come in and has totally revamped the place! The buildings have new paint, all the landscaping is new, they are updating all the buildings with beautiful countertops. The new staff is also very friendly! this has been a huge transformation over the past 2-3 months, I am happy that I have renewed my lease”

“If you are searching for University of Florida dorms or housing near UF, I highly recommend looking at Windsor Hall Dorms. My daughter lives here and signing early ended up being one of the best decisions we made during the UF housing process.
Like many UF families, we were worried about finding good freshman housing near the University of Florida, especially with how long the housing list is in Gainesville. Once we secured a space at Windsor Hall, it completely removed that stress of waiting and allowed our daughter to focus on preparing for her first year at UF.
The location is excellent for students looking for off-campus dorms near UF. It’s close to Sorority Row for Rush, Norman Hall's tunnel to cross 13th Street, and the entire University of Florida campus, which makes walking to class very easy.
If your student is attending UF and you’re looking for freshman housing in Gainesville or dorm-style living near the University of Florida, Windsor Hall is absolutely worth considering. Locking in housing early made the entire transition to college much smoother for our family.”
