I really like staying in NorthPoint Villas. I’ve been here about 7 or 8 years. It’s quiet never really had any major issues except for parking but other than that it’s all good. I would recommend.

I recommend North Point Villas to anyone looking for an apartment in the Gainesville area because the staff is easy to work with and the maintenance personnel are thorough and pleasant. The grounds are always kept neat and clean.
