I CANNOT DESCRIBE IN 500 CHARACTERS THE RAGE I FEEL TOWARD REGIONS BANK. I HAD A GOOD LOAN INITIALLY. THEN REGIONS REPLACED IT WITH A BAD LOAN USING LIES AND TRICKERY. YOU SAID YOUR FRIEND, THE INSURANCE AGENT, WOULD PROVIDE MY HOME WITH REASONABLY PRICED INSURANCE AND IT WOULD BE ON AUTOPAY. THAT WAS A LIE. THEN YOU PUT YOUR OWN REGIONS EXORBITANT INSURANCE ON TOP OF THE BAD LOAN WHICH DOUBLED MY MONTHLY PAYMENT PRICE. THIS WORTHLESS INSURANCE INCLUDED A TEN THOUSAND DOLLAR DEDUCTIBLE, RENDERING IT WORTHLESS. WHAT A DESPICABLE BANK. I WAS FORCED TO SELL A RENTAL PROPERTY TO GET THIS HORRIFICALY BAD LOAN OFF MY BACK. THEN YOU LIE AND SAY THE LOAN WAS PAID OFF WHEN IN ACTUALITY, YOU TOOK EVERY PENNY I OWN AND APPLIED IT AS A MONTHLY PAYMENT, THEREBY LEAVING THE LOAN IN FULL FORCE WITH ADDITIONAL FEES TO PAY. THIS BANK NEEDS TO BE SUED FOR ISSUING FRAUDULENT LOANS AND CONDUCTING FRAUDULENT PRACTICES. PERHAPS THERE CAN BE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. CALL ME IF YOU TOO HAVE BEEN ABUSED BY REGIONS BANK.

This branch is very clean and efficient. Josh (I believe his name is) helped me and he is very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the clarity and process he helped me with a cashier check. It is a bigger branch than others and functions well. As with any bank there are a ton of customers, inquiries and events so be mindful and understand that everything works out when seeking a solution and being in a peaceful state of mind. Thanks Regions.

I've been with Regions bank before they were called Regions in 2005 maybe sooner. They always have my back regarding hackers. I was able to buy a house through them. I have a checking and savings as well. Great customer service be it on the phone or in person.

Having issues trying to get a lien released on a vehicle that has been paid off. Talk to the branch and they refer you to corporate. Call corporate and they refer you to the branch. Finally get someone that says I need to fax a Lien Release Request. Fax form and still the lien hasn't been released. This is the last account I have with this horrible bank and I will finally be through with them.

We have had a business account here for many years. All of a sudden the online banking stopped working. When I called they said all the contact information had been wiped out and I had to go to a branch. The banker at the branch was helpful and got access restored. However, upon returning to the office, it again did not work. I called the banker and there wasn’t a voicemail set up. I emailed her and by the afternoon when I had no reply, someone answered and I left a message. She never called back.Based on this continued frustration and consulting with my team we decided to end our banking relationship with Regions and informed them of such.Upon arriving, we met the banker, who helped us close the account and get a balance, however there was not only no apology, no attempt to reconcile. Just a blank stare and here’s your check after banking with them for a decade. When we closed our account with Wells Fargo amidst their controversies, we got an apology and an attempt to make it right from their branch manager.

How is anyone with a 9-5 job supposed to handle people-driven/teller-only services when they’re ONLY OPEN UNTIL 4PM. This is the only location in this town. Crazy.

terrible bank. i have tried getting my debit card three times now. first time, they sent it to wrong address, second time they sent me two copies of a different card instead of the card i requested, and now it’s been nearly 3 weeks since i requested the same debit card for the third time. tried applying for a credit card in person two different times but each time their system went down halfway through the process. ATM always has issues, lines are always long, and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. it is impossible to get ANYTHING done without going in person and waiting. sadly, this is the only Regions in Gainesville which is why I have opted for other banks in the area.

I visited this location for help with an issue. The Branch Manager, Ms. Babita, is the worst Manager I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She:- Was interrupting me the ENTIRE time.- Went as far as to be condescending and ask me "are you a mailman?" in reference to a check I mailed out.- Kept falsely accusing me, passing illogical judgement, and then expected me to stay calm after being belittled for 30 minutes.- Didn't even carefully examine her own report (that she printed because apparently the app is not the right way to track balances or transactions with Regions nowadays).I tried to itemize my explanation (using her report) and she had a nasty attitude, didn't look at my explanation and walked out of the room...as if I'm beneath her and not worth her time. FYI, she was looking at the wrong date and transaction.I've banked with Regions since 2011, the professionalism of those working for this establishment has declined significantly since 2020. I've only spoke with ONE decent manager over the last 2 years. Unfortunately, that person was only visiting for a while to shut down the Millhopper Branch on 43rd street.I've had to address all kinds of errors and issues these past 2 years. This was never a problem for the first 9 years. Very sketchy.

You closed the location around the corner from our house. So now we have to drive down to the busiest part of town to do any banking. I use the ATM for deposits in order to avoid the heavy traffic times of that road. But even then I came by one evening and the ATM was broken. Last weekend I wanted to come by to do something on Saturday morning that can't be done at an ATM. I've been to this branch on a Saturday morning before so I knew that they did have Saturday hours. But it turns out they've changed that too and now they're only open Monday through Friday. I'm starting to shop around for a new bank and I've been with regions since around 2008. This is the third state that I've moved to where I've kept my regions account until now.

I have always had a good experience with the tellers at 43rd st. Thankfully the 1 teller moved over to Archer rd when they closed the 43rd st branch that I always dealt with at 43rd st and he's so nice and awesome. But I am very disappointed in regions in general with how Archer road location has always been the location opened on Saturdays and all of a sudden then changed that too. So now we are stuck with only 1 location in town and it's not even open on Saturday. So now we get to deal with massive Friday traffic on Archer road to try and make it to the bank by 5pm on Friday or wait until Monday. And I personally have between 45 mins to 1 hour from getting off work to travel from 43rd st and 441 area all the way to Archer road to cash my check by 5pm. A lot of times I don't make it so I have always just went to Archer road On Saturdays. Now that's not an option. So I suggest they consider this a big inconvenience to it's customers and change the hours back...

Just got of the phone with a teller Nathan and the assistant manager Babita and it was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. She was not helpful. She yelled at me and caught an attitude. All I was trying to do was verify some info about my account and it turned into a big back and forth battle. We sat on the phone for almost an hour carrying on like that. I was polite to her she just refused to help me out. I was very disappointed today with this call. So much so that I don’t even want to bank with regions anymore. Idk maybe she was having a bad day and I was her bunching bag idk. One thing I do know is I won’t be with regions much longer.
