Tiffany and Shane were amazing. The store manager was also amazing, I cannot remember his name, but he was great. Tiffany and Shane fixed my issue, and was professional, focused, and had me heading home quickly with everything resolved. We will recommend the Archer Road AT&T store to everyone we can.

Xavier was great. When ATT texted asking for a review of Xavier’s service, I accidentally replied the “Very Dissatisfied” option and I meant to do the opposite. “Very Satisfied” describes my experience at the store. It was very fast, and Xavier was very polite.

I came in late at night not too long before closing and waited about 10 minutes before Tiffany was able to help. She did an amazing job and got my old damaged phone switched over to a new phone and all the data that was available was transferred over Tiffany made it fast and easy and I was very satisfied with her work

Shane is who helped me and Braden finished the transaction. They are real professionals who make it seem easy. I've been a customer for a long time and i always come to see my guys at AT&T on archer road. Definitely there Manager Jeff has something to do with their expertise!

Shane at this AT&T store was absolutely amazing! He was kind, patient, super helpful and went the extra mile by reviewing my account, all my lines and services. He then gave us great advice and recommendations are how to get the most for what we wanted to do. Very knowledgeable and informative, was also helping other team members answer questions for the customers they were working with while stay attentive to us and making sure we were okay with him helping the others. I would recommend this store and Shane for all customers! Thanks Shane for making this experience at great one! The best ever!
