I was out by the Archer Rd. store and decided to stop by the AT&T store. I walked to the AT&T door and was immediately greeted by Andre Greaves. I explained I needed a new screen protector for my IPhone. Within 10 minutes, I had a new screen protector on my IPhone and I was out the door. That’s the best customer service I’ve ever gotten.

Anthony is pretty good, he is quick and makes upgrading easy as it can be. He is a good addition for AT&T. He helped me get my Ipad and i Love it.

My girlfriend & I walked into this store on today’s date to turn in her old phone for credit & activate a new phone with At&T. Representative Anthony called us to him & from the moment we walked in, he had the worst attitude. The whole time he wanted nothing to do with us & argued as to the phone not working. We brought in a iPhone 13 to activate with a new SIM card, it only needed to be activated through the account. We called the account owner who was a family member who was confused as to why it wasn’t working & Anthony threw the new phone down & got up & walked away. He was mumbling under his breath about us & wouldn’t help us. Whole time we were extremely nice. He Continued arguing the whole time as to what we were there for, then told us to go home & turn the phone in another time. It was supposed to be a simple transaction that turned into a customer service nightmare. AT&T… do better.

Went in to preorder the S24 Ultra and Sam was a wonderful help! Let me know Id be getting the upgraded storage option since I was preordering! I was done in less than 5 minutes, great experience!

PLEASE READ THE SECOND HALF!!! I’m extremely pissed! I tried to order the iPhone 15 Plus on my ATT app and it was cancelled and said that I had to go to the store to order my phone. Which is what I did. The young African American man that helped me was trying to hoodwink me. He added several things to my plan that I didn’t ask for. I had to ask him to remove the extras that he added without my permission. I asked for an iPhone 15 Plus (there was a special for $5.99 a month), instead he ordered an iPhone 15 which is almost $30 a month. After waiting several days to receive my phone in the mail, I now have to fight this holiday traffic going back to the store to exchange the iPhone for the correct phone and there is a strong possibility that I will have to wait another week for my new phone….. I’m livid. It’s obvious that the guy who assisted me was just trying to get commission…..Ok… update…. I went back to the store and James was absolutely amazing!!! ? He and his side kick Shane resolved all of my problems, was very kind, respectful, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving the store. I appreciate James and Shane!!! They should definitely be rewarded for the type and service they provide and the level of integrity that they work with.

First time I went in there I felt like I was being judged and that the guy wasn't very personable or friendly. I ended up having to take the phone back and my second experience the sales person was very awesome and spent quite a bit of time helping me get what I needed and getting everything set up.

On , Friday, 12/1/23, I was having a problem with my Android phone, it died. I decided to go for help at AT&T store on Archer Road here n Gainesville, FL. Well upon entering I was immediately greeted & asked how could I b helped. I told very nice young, I fail to remember her name but I remember she was from Guatemala & was wonderful. She immediately summoned her manager when she realized my problem was beyond her capability. Let me tell about , Greg. If u were writing a handbook on how a manager handles his duties, Greg would be the model used n tge Manuel. I'm retired but worked with the public for over 50 years & no how hard it can b to handle issues. Greg was professional, polite & very knowledgeable re his job. He worked for over & hour to try & find a solution to my problem. He was just remarkable & did find a solution that worked. He makes me look forward to coming to the store again. I might add also you get a feel for your surroundings & all his employees were just the best. I recommend Greg's store without any reservations? & as weird as it might seem, it was of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had when dealing with this type of situation. Thanks Greg& my little Guatemalan princess, you guys are great!!

Greg was super attentive & delivered exceptional customer service.He’s the only person that has been able to help me with my phone line situation.I was told to contact customer service on the phone, it didn’t work, and also previously stopping by multiple stores, didn’t work. My issue was a little complicated & it seemed nobody wanted to help.Greg took time out of his day to help me with my issue & taught me a thing or two, and it was finally resolved!!Thank you Greg!
