  Thomas and the whole crew at Audi did an amazing job. Thomas was quick to respond to my many questions and once we finally decided to get the car they had everything ready for us when we got there. The best surprise was having my car presented in a fancy clean garage bay with literally the red carpet rolled out. I took one test drive and loved it even more! The notary lady had all the ppwk done

  We had called in looking for a hard to find part, and of course we had just missed the parts department, but luckily April was the one to answer the call!! She went above & beyond helping us find the part. She stayed on the phone helping us for almost an hour. We were close by so she had gone to the back and pulled all the parts that could be in stock. When we had arrived, she had them all laid out waiting for us. Unfortunately, they didn’t have it in stock. So we were back on the hunt. But finally April had found it for us!! She made sure it was ordered. Today, she personally called us to let us know that the part had come in! We can’t thank her enough.
  In today’s industry, people are so quick to just say “no” or “it’s not my job”. You can tell that April cares about making sure the consumer is walking away with positive and grateful experience!!

  I sold my car at Audi Gainesville, and it was a really smooth experience! Austin, in particular, made the entire process super easy, and he was wonderful to work with! He was also always available when I had any follow up questions. The process took less than 30 minutes, and they were super transparent throughout.   Horrible dealership who doesn't hold up their offers. Offered me to buy my car, agreed on a price , made us wait 4 days with some escuses that the man who cut the check is unexpectedly not at the office.....then 4 days later just told us that they can't do that price anymore !!!!

  I started shopping for a car without a budget and without a clear idea of what what I was looking for. Should I stick with an ICE or make the jump to a hybrid, or the even bigger jump to an EV. Initially, hybrid seemed like the thing to do, even if all-electric seemed like the right choice. Most of my driving is either around town or day trips, but several times a year I want to make long roadtrips. That didn’t seem practical with an EV until I came to Audi. They are every bit as fun to drive as their German brethren, but they have superlative range. Long trips suddenly became doable. Once I decided on the A6 e-Tron, Matt Infante and the rest of crew went out and left no stone unturned to find my favorite color/interior combination and in the trim level I wanted. I don’t think I could be more pleased by the entire experience, start to finish.
