Be careful taking your car here I was misdiagnosed paid 1,300 to fix my car. After 1,300 I was told I needed about 5,000 more worth of work done and still may not be fixed. I asked from day one if my engine was blown and was told it was fixable. I ended up trading the car in for 1,000 so lost the full 1,300 all because they made a mistake.

I had my vehicle in for a transmission service and was pleased by the way I was treated. It was done in a professional and timely manner. They also did an overall inspection of the vehicle and advised me of some issues they found which would need attention in the near future. I feel that they had my safety and best interest in mind.

Auto ER was set up by my CarMax Care but they were fast, efficient and very reliable. My vehicle was diagnosed and out in under an hour time. Would definitely recommend getting your vehicle serviced by Auto ER.

Sadly, I had a really disappointing experience with this garage. I had heard good things from my neighbors and the place had good reviews.
I took my Subaru Crosstrek in for issues with my A/C. I figured the vehicle just needed a A/C evacuation and recharge. Initially, I was disappointed on the time it took to have the vehicle looked at. I had scheduled an appointment online first thing in the morning but when I came in they estimated that it would take 3-4 hours for the vehicle to be looked at. I shrugged that off, headed home and waited to hear from them. I got a call about 4 hours later where they told me I needed a new compressor, as well as, new brake pads on the rear of the vehicle. The compressor was roughly a 2000.00 fix. They told me my compressor was leaking and couldn't give me a reason that this would occur other than wear and tear. I asked to have the A/C evacuated to see if it would help at all and I agreed to have my rear brake pads replaced. Following the evacuation there was no difference in the A/C performance and I noticed something that felt off when I braked.
I ended up taking my car into the dealership about a week later for a second opinion. First off, they let me know the break pads were incorrectly installed (essentially put in backwards). I had that fixed at my expense. With my A/C, they found the unit just needed to be evacuated. They found no issues with my compressor and no leaks in the system. 40 minutes later my brakes were good and my A/C was blowing ice cold.
At best they were incompetent, completely misdiagnosing an issue and failing to complete repairs correctly. At worst, they attempted to cash in on an unneeded repair. I would highly caution anyone going to this shop based on my experience and if there is a repair that appears to be massive upsell I'd recommend taking it to another shop for second opinion.

Needed to get a tire patched and get on the road and was the only place who wasn’t going to make me wait hours. We’re very professional and did a great job repairing my tire.
