Outstanding, clean, carrying, and safe pet veterinary service. My only concern is that in the evening, pets are caged and left unattended until the arrival of staff in the morning. Our pet actually likes going to see the veterinarian and the staff. They spoil her.

Dr. Esther Devlin is the best vet I've ever known,and I've known a lot of vets over my 75 years. She is brilliant and she always treats my little dog gently and kindly. She is personable and listens carefully to my concerns. I completely trust her. My little dog is extremely important to me; she is my constant companion, as I am as widow. Because she is so important to me, you can believe that I trust Dr. Devlin's expertise.

This isn’t some local clinic. They’re owned by the Mars family (M&Ms). Lots of lawsuits, especially over the OWP.Optimum Wellness Plan is a scam. Read the fine print - you’re not allowed to cancel.Additionally, they upsell and charge more for things that are vaguely described as “covered” but then when it comes time to actually receive services you still pay (and pay more than you would at another clinic) due to some obscure exception where it’s not covered under the OWP for something that seems like it was made up on the spot.And before you all at the Banfield social media team respond - I am not joining Facebook, Instagram, or any social media network in order to discuss this with you. You should have responded appropriately when I called, or when I chatted on your site with you, or the other time that I called. Every single time there was some sort of “system issue” preventing anything I needed to do that didn’t involve in booking more services or paying you more money.

First time here, I thought the staff was very rude. They seemed in a rush, and I did not feel welcomed at all. My pup can use a bit of training but honestly they all seemed like they were having a bad day so we left. Hope to find another vet in the area. Will be contacting upper management.

Although the people are amazing Banfield has absolutely ruined this place. You have an appointment and everytime you wait 30+ minutes to check you pet in. Pick up is no better as you wait 30+ minutes. It's a shame cause it was amazing as Millhopper vet.

Had our first visit to establish care after our previous vet office closed. Dr. Schaub and all the staff we saw were fantastic. I do not recall the name of the tech who worked with Dr. Schuab at our visit but she was really great, informative & friendly. My dog can be nervous in unfamiliar settings. They were accomodating & took it slow when my dog showed any signs of stress. They asked if I was interested in a trainer & gave a few reccomendations who had provided positive experiences for other pups in their practice. They also gave constructive feedback for me based on their observations in the office that day. The visit wasn't rush & I feel they took time to get a good sense of my dog so they could tailor the care plan to his needs. They offer wellness plans that are customizable. All the plans they have offered more benefits & cost less than any pet insurance I could find. Really happy to have found a great new vet.

Our visit with our little guy Tyke was very good. Dr. Devlin was very sweet and pleasant as always with our boy. She has been taking care of him almost since he was born.he is now 10We will continue seeing her and so glad she is there.

The absolute best service. For all cat parents the environment is a 10/10 with their private cat room. Definitely made me feel comfortable and my pet that I love dearly. Will be returning

I have never met someone so caring and compassionate than Dr. Harris. He has cared for our sweet boy who has been sick for quite some time. Today, we had to put him down and could not have done that without Dr. Harris and his amazing team. Dr. Harris has always given us the peace we needed when times were hard. He truly cares for your animal like they were his own. The empathy this man has is absolutely amazing. My husband and I couldn't imagine EVER going somewhere else for pet care.

It really depends on your interaction with vet. Great intake staff but some vets seem more responsive than others .
