Yeah. Your hours are not even remotely appropriate for businesses. 10-4? Hours keep shortening every month. This is bad. 23+ years as a customer. And it keeps getting worse with BofA.This location, specifically, serves zero purpose to the community. Especially if you're a business.Use the Newberry Road BofA instead.Suggestion 1: close your location.Suggestion 2: improve your online banking/app experienceSuggestion 3: increase app check deposits by $123,456 digits.Suggestion 4: If you're trying to decrease foot traffic, increase the mobile deposit amount to $250,000.Suggestion 5: Get a new social media person to manage your presence. Anybody reading these terse and unmotivated responses from the owner, are running away from your bank based on this alone.Businesses gotta business, yo!

Every day in this branch thr line is between 5 to 10 people waiting for only one cashier, and other four employees doing nothing. Please some one do simething about it.

Gee I wonder why their ratings are so low! Ughh!! Waited in line so long, when about to get to the counter, this Debbie workers comes by and send me to fill out my deposit slips. Great! Other person got in front of me now! Bye! Never returning here!

Bank had four employees in the branch, three not helping physical customers with over five people waiting. Seemed like the manager tried to help but could “only deposit checks.” Myself and another customer left due to the wait time and lack of assistance. I do my best to not need to go into a branch but this branch really needs a customer service overhaul.

What I witnessed at this branch location was unacceptable by not just company standards, but by the standards of which you should treat a fellow human being. I am not a customer at BOA, I was simply accompanying my fiancée while waiting for a teller to attend us. In that brief span of time, an older male (which I refrain from calling a gentleman let alone a man because it would be insulting to those monikers of respect) who worked for the bank belittled, humiliated, and spoke down to a younger Hispanic gentleman because he had multiple instances of overdrafts on his account. This was not only a conversation which was humiliating and demeaning for this customer, but was an instance of straight up bullying by this small, angry person who I’m amazed has a job in customer service if this is how he treats others. It seems to me that by his actions and the actions of another female teller at this location, this branch harbors an environment of passive aggressive discrimination that is served at their discretion.

Why would a bank close before business hours and be closed on the weekend? It's like they don't want you to bank here. Makes no sense if you think altering your hours til 4 pm will prevent the spread of covid..

This place always has employees walking around doing nothing while the ONE TELLER tries to keep up with the always growing line! The chubby manager who walks around with the clipboard needs to learn how to work!

I was waiting in line for 20 mins. They had two tellers. Finally it's my turn and the second teller decides to walk away and instantly pick up her phone. She was worried about the lunch order she made from her phone. I ended up having to wait about another 10 mins for the other lady to finish. Being that I we as the last person in line at that time. She coud have taken my 5 min deposit and then took a lunch. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Maybe customer service isn't that important to Bank of America.
