If you're wanting to buy a crossbow, make sure that the one and only employee that can sell you one is there. Drove 1-1/2 hrs only to be told he left at 4pm and they couldn't sell any.

Store is huge and lots to shop for and the guy in shoes JW was phenomenal!! But we stood in the bow section for a good while asking for assistance and when someone finally came he rushed thru and really did not care to answer any questions about ANY bows even though we fully intended to purchase one along with the $1700 in hunting merchandise we already had piled in our cart! All because it was 10 minutes to closing...However, Had he or anyone shown up when we went to the bow section to start with it would have been about 30 minutes before closing time. Then when we went to check out, we put about 6 items on the very small cash register desk and after scanning the the guy was like is that it and we said No sir everything in the cart and he rudely said Well keep it coming! But there wasn't any room to put anything else because we had put 2 boot boxes and 2 shoe boxes and some other items to start and he didn't even bag them. Then I said is there a manager here? A guy standing at the door uncaring said I'm the manager and I was like ok I'll speak to you when I get checked out. He watched this young man scan $1700 and not bag a single item it was just piled everywhere...Noone stepped up to help. Then he finally told another employee to go over and start bagging our stuff so they could get out of there. I was going to let him know they had lost a high dollar bow sale but he didn't seem to really care much about anything so we checked out and left. Uncaring staff makes for a not so great shopping experience. But JW in shoes made my day when he stopped me on my way to check out and he had located me a pink camo low cut shoe!! We would not have been the last to check out had the guy in the gun section helped us instead of wanting to chat it up with a pretty lady for 20 minutes about everything under the son and then call someone else to come over to help us/not help us!

Was told I could bring my bow in to get it looked at and tuned up. When I arrived I spoke with the one of the workers behind the counter and told him what I wanted done. He then asked did I buy the bow from bass pro I told him no then he looked at me like I had something crazy on my face and said “we can’t touch it”. I don’t understand why call yourself a bow shop but will only work on bows you purchased at bass pro. I would highly recommend not buying bows at bass pro way over priced and they will not help you unless you purchased a bow from them or work on it. Also guy at the bow shop needs to work on his customer service.

Compared to other Bass Pro locations I've been to, this one is probably the worst I've been to so far. Customer service is lagging far behind other locations. Nobody wants to walk into a store and immediately be annoyed into signing up for a credit card or a travel package.
The people in the firearms department are very disinterested in helping customers and prefer to hide in the back. The employee I was working with just left to the back without saying anything to me half way through getting assistance from him, and I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come back out before giving up. I walked around the store for another 5 minutes and when I got back still nobody was behind the counter so I just left. Guns are expensive and I, like many others, want to take my time with looking at my options. But the employees at this Bass Pro seem to treat you like a waste of time unless you plan on purchasing right that second. I no longer plan on purchasing a gun from this location and I will bring my business to a local gun store where the employees are more passionate about firearms.

I was yesterday 7/18/24 in this store after driving 2 hours for pick up a shotgun bought online, the guy in the hunting counter did not want to give me the weapon because my residential address did not match the one on the driver license however, in the email that they sent say "Please note that if the address on your ID does not match your residential address you will be required to provide a second form of government-issued document for verification. Examples include but are not limited to vehicle registration, vehicle title, hunting license, voter ID card, etc." I provided to him my car registration with my current address but it doesn't work for him. At the end of the day I had to return without my gun. I'm so mad with the poor customer service in this place
